If you are looking for an unforgettable experience with your loved one, friends, or just a break from the norm mani/pedi- THIS IS IT. I recently planned a surprise trip to BR3 for myself, and my husband for our 2nd anniversary. From my first phone call, to the moment our appointment ended, my expectations were exceeded! The owners have put so much thought and care into every detail, and the relaxing environment they created. My husband and I are already excited for our next visit. The owners helped me through the booking process, so we got the most out of our experience. We came in for the suana/float combo, and will be back for more. Upon arrival, we were met with gentle kindness, delectable treats, and champagne. Afterwards, we were led to spacious changing rooms and were shown undivided attention every step of the way. The robes, and slippers were beyond comfortable. The private suana room was perfect for the two of us, and fresh, chilled, lemon and mint water was waiting for us just steps away. Once the suana session ended, we were led to our float room, and it was immaculate! Ample room to move around. Refreshing shower, with splendidly scented shampoo, and they even had a salon quality blow dryer (with a diffuser, a treat for my curls) waiting afterwards. Alexa ready to play music while you float, if you'd like. Customizable lighting. Floating neck pillows, ear plugs and anything you could think of to enhance your float experience. During my visit, I was a bit unwell after the suana, (everyone make sure to really hydrate before the suana, and maybe don't drink heavily the night before!) but the amazing owners went ABOVE AND BEYOND to tend to me, and my husband, and ensure that we had a wonderful experience, and left feeling refreshed. Sept 2021 BR3 adheres to COVID protocols. I call to arrange multiple appointments in one trip and Danielle is always patient to get them booked for me including being on a cancellation list which is the best. I recently tried the oxygen bariatric and will give it another try when I come prepared with my pillow and blanket for a restful experience. Massage 5 stars Nomatec 4.5 Infrared Sauna- I need to redesign my master bathroom and get one especially the one with the shower! Cryo - must try even if only 1x Cryo facial is my favorite I hope this service is offered soon, please sign me up 10 stars The interior design is phenomenal with a rustic touch and not to feminine for male clientele. read more

The staff - Jessica and Leon - were amazing. I brought my son (for his birthday) and a friend into BR3; it was the first time doing cryo for the three of us and we loved the entire experience. Jessica helped me with the arrangements and Leon worked with us during the actual sessions and both were incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and welcoming. Excellent customer service! Very clean facilities, very appealing. A small wall mounted mirror in the flotation rooms would be a nice addition as would a small, disposable comb. I have made both recommendations. The tanks do get incredibly humid as expected and it can be difficult to breathe so some mechanism to introduce fresh air would also be a terrific addition. There is ventilation that comes on periodically but it is not controllable. read more

This was my first experience doing the float. I enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The water was like warm which was fine but toward the end I got a little cold which was distracting but it wasn't bad. The towels they provide were super soft. And the shampoo and body soap smelled and felt so good after the float. I'll be back to try it again. read more

The spa was intimate but private and the owner, director, staff made my day feel special.
