Even with it being the holiday, they quickly took care of me, getting the transmission taken care of the day before Christmas Eve and working late to help me get on the road. They even let me use a loaner to finish up some Christmas shopping while I waited in town over the weekend. I made it home just in the nic of time for Family Xmas Eve gathering. I was literally having a personal breakdown and they were so sweet. They even got GM to pay some towards the work on my truck and had a no APR for 12 months pay option for an emergency like this. I wish them all the best karma in 2020! It makes me feel comfortable to take this route across the country again too, knowing I have a place to count on in case of emergencies. While driving across country with a deadline to get my mom back to her home and make my plane back to my home, the radiator hose broke out on I-40! This was about noon on a Sunday so we were stuck for a bit until the shop opened. Once we spoke with Aaron early Monday morning, they got right on the job, drove a significant distance to get the part and put it in place quickly, knowing our situation. In addition to that, Kelley came to the motel where we were staying to get the car keys, then again to bring the repaired car to us and handled the transaction right there in the lobby!
