Their mechanic forgot something and had to go back to the office to get it and charged me for that time. They also did not disclose that they charged for truck charges. Extremely rude and threatening! While in a very congested parking lot an employee of NAC jumped out…read moreof his vehicle and proceeded to yell at me to back up so they could park. I told them they didn't need to be so rude and I would try to back up but had a line of vehicles behind me. After the vehicle left their spot for NAC they proceeded to sit in the parking lot congesting things further for far longer than necessary. Once they parked I went past and proceeded to come up the other lane of the parking lot. The NAC employee was now out of their vehicle yelling at me across the parking lot. I ignored them and pulled out onto a road between parking lots and drove down to a different lot where I found a spot. Upon exiting my vehicle the NAC employee had followed me across several parking lots to continue berating me. I told them to leave me alone, go to work, stop, go away, however the employee continued to threaten to beat me up and stated "talking to people round here like that will get you killed." I continued walking into the building with him breathing down my next in fear of being attacked from behind as I tried to avoid the guy. He proceeded to follow me to another businesses door yelling in to them not to sell to me. I was in the store only a couple of minutes and upon exiting I saw the NAC employee over by my vehicle which was very far away from theirs. I had a brand new rental and upon starting it the flat tire gauge came on. There is NO doubt in my mind what they did. I drove over to the NAC van where the employee was getting tools out. I confronted him and he said it didn't look flat to him I should be fine. I had a 3 hour drive in rain across mountains. Could you imagine if I would have had a blow out. I called NAC immediately and was informed I would get a call back which I have not. NAC van # was 330. If this is how their employees act imagine what their service is like.

During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. To my amazement Howard and Four Seasons did all of this free of charge! Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!

I was given four recommendations of vendors, and called 3 in for estimates. The estimator from perfection put me at ease instantly. He explained to me what they would be installing, how they would do it, and how it would interact with the other changes I'm having done at my house. He also responded to all of my follow up questions by phone. I felt really comfortable with him and the company, but I wanted to get all three quotes. I was surprised and pleased that they were also the cheapest quote so it was a no-brainer in selecting them. The crew showed up today to do the installation. They were quick efficient and effective. They were very polite from the start, explained to me what they were doing and asked me if I had questions throughout.
