We gave a call on Friday, and John was here Monday afternoon. Turned out to be an easy fix with the remote control. John was very friendly and helpful. A lot of medical supply stores didn't open until 10am but I was desperately in need because my Spouse was having such a hard time with the crutches. He gave me different options on the knee scooter. They offered equipment for rental and for purchase, which was great. I went ahead and purchased the scooter since I'm not sure how long we'd need it. I found them and compared quotes, but was sold with friendly service over the phone. Stopped by and checked out some chairs with grandma, found one she likes and was reasonably priced. They taught us how to work it properly and have taken it for maintenance since grandma loves the thing but isn't too careful with it! We rarely have to wait long for service, plus manager at the warehouse is great to work with, they treat you with kindness and respect, and has patience with the elderly unlike other places we had to deal with in the past.
