Yesterday, I had the best experience with Scott and R & T Roadside Service. Dead battery. Called AAA after having been a 44 year member and they sent R&T - said it would be an hour. Lucky me, 16 minutes later, Scott showed up. He was the nicest guy. Efficient, detailed, good at explaining what he was doing while getting the car started. A battery was needed, which I expected. Unfortunately R&T did not stock the battery I needed so that was the extent Scott could help. He gave me some pricing and ideas where to purchase a battery. All that info was very helpful. What a great young guy..... They are lucky to have him. Scott knows what he is doing, makes quick work of it and most importantly has great customer skills. Was sent a driver (Shawn), for a triple A tow. It was literally 0.01 from my house . As soon as he pulled in, he got to work! Had a Axel and control arm snap. Wasn't pretty. My car was shimmying so bad that I couldn't drive it. Called AAA and they said it would be a little over an hour. 10 minutes later R&T called to let me know that they would be there in 5 minutes to tow me to a repair shop. The driver Jose looked at my car and saw that all of the lug nuts were loose on my one tire. Tightened them down, had me do a test drive and I was able to go on my way. I had a tire blowout while in the left lane on the inner belt during rush hour. I called Triple A, and they said they would send R&T as soon as possible, as I was on the left berm near a slight curve, with cars flying by. Within in a couple of minutes, I received a call from Lyra'd, the R&T driver who wanted to confirm my location. He was there within a few more minutes, and safely worked under and around my pickup while loading it onto his flatbed. Driver was upset the car wouldn't start or drive.... That should say enough....... He ended up leaving me, my mother and my 6 year old by flicking us off. They said they would send another driver, but while we waited, they put us two spots down the line. They then said they would contact AAA to see if there was a faster way to get a tow, and they NEVER got back to us. Hours waisted waiting for NOTHING. It very much felt malicious or intentional. Johnathan McGhehey towed my vehicle wrong and caused more damage to my vehicle. They are refusing to take care of the damages. WARNING: I went to ask for information regarding the tow and an employee Tyrone Terell called the police and told me to leave. Roshon Stewart, Tanya Stewart Baker, Jonathan Mcghehey, are liable for the damages.
