In my few experience dealing with tow truck drivers they always seem pissed to have to tow you. Not this guy! I should have got his name. We had a great conversation about what could possibly be wrong with my car, he even suggested some things when he dropped me off at home. The mere fact that he wasn't rude and could hold a conversation with such a calm demeanor is a huge plus, you don't come across individuals like him too often. If I'm going to need any assistance in the near future I will definitely think of Ocean Shark tow service first. read more

Please Beware: I was introduced to this Company by default, neighbor needed a tow, car stuck in HIS yard. My yard was plowed clear so to use my driveway was not really an issue, as long as you were respectful of property. That was not the case. this dude encroached beyond the driveway line onto the lawn. This driver didn't know how to maneuver his truck to avoid Demange on my property. I did file a complaint with AAA roadside assistance. It has been impossible to get a return call from this Company, it's like this Company felt entitled, you received compensation for a Tow but drove onto my property. I don't care about others experience this is my story caught on my Ring camera. Not a company for Me. The only reason that a star was given is because it would not allow me to not to give a star. I have been a AAA member for 34 years. Broke down and requested a tow, they had Ocean Shark dispatched. The driver insisted I text him my location on my iPhone. I told him I had never done that before but gave him a precise location. For some reason that wasn't good enough, he would only come if I sent him my location via the phone. Crazy! I would never use them and I would not recommend them. They basically left me stranded for an extra 1-2 hours because I wasn't able to follow his strange instructions. By the way the AAA app tracks my location so why do I need to text the driver directly. Shady. read more

My car broke down a few months ago, called these guys too get me and what I thought to be a good job almost ruined my life. When getting my car they dropped MY OWN car on my leg and then begin to try and help me up, my patella bone split in half and as they're trying to lift me up they're laughing. I did not find this funny. indeed I had so much blood loss I damn near went into a coma, in the hospital for about 2 weeks and lost about 54 pounds. these guys not only broke the back tail Light of my car but also had my leg amputated and replaced with a wooden stick. Beware of dealing with this company. The driver was delivering a car to my neighbor after dark. He drove down my lane and made a wrong turn. While trying to back out, he tore out a 40' section of my 6' tall chain link fence and knocked down an 8' high fence post and got stuck on it. Damaged 2 trees as well. Then he went like heck to get out of here. But I got him on my security cameras. I filed police reports for damages. They were cited by the police. Because they are from out state, the owner is choosing to ignore everything. When they come back to Pennsylvani, they are likely to be detained for failing to appear at the magistrate. I talked to the company owner and he assured m that he would take care of it. Now he will no longer respond to me after several conversations. I don't know why he didn't let his insurance handle it. Beware!!! This company was contracted through AAA. They towed my vehicle to my office 2 miles away and left me with over $4,000 worth of damage. They did not ramp the car so the winch cable hit the bumper when they attempted to pull it onto the flatbed. They improperly used wheel slides, and hooked the winch onto the steering rods and bent them. A non liability waiver was presented to cover the potential damage to the bumper. They are now hiding behind it, since the vehicle was towed by another company to the dealership and the extent of the steering damage was discovered. The owner, Abdalla Abdulrazzak, agreed to cover any damage his driver was responsible for, then walked it back. read more
