Denise Negron got back to me right away and did a walk-thru of the mobile home and gave me a quote for cleaning out all the remaining contents, hauling it to the dump, a deep cleaning of the interior, a clean sweep of the deck, window washing and carpet cleaning. They misrepresented what was needed, failed to complete the job, and then claimed they would return to finish it--only to later demand an additional $510. The service was already covered through my home warranty, yet they still tried to charge extra. When the technician initially came out, he arrived with an insufficient amount of refrigerant and said he "ran out" and needed to order more. The next day, the office called not to fix the issue, but to request more money to come back--completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked basic questions for clarification, the intake representative (who identified herself as the owner's daughter) became defensive and rude, accusing me of "pushing back" when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I ended up getting a second opinion from another HVAC company, and they confirmed the leak was minor, easy to fix, and covered under the same warranty--with no additional charges, including a full refrigerant top-off. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them and always getting a second opinion.
