Being that I am a quality assurance manager for a large company I felt I had to acknowledged her professionalism. I had to tell her how impressive she was! Our server seemed very overwhelmed by the Saturday night rush, and another staff member actually brought over our appetizer before we were finally able to place our order. I ordered the cheeseburger with truffle fries, and my daughter ordered her usual favorite, chicken fingers. Unfortunately, after nearly 30 minutes, our server returned with the check before we had even received our food. Once we explained, he was very apologetic and assured us the order would be right out. Thankfully, my burger was absolutely worth the wait. It was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time: juicy, flavorful, and more than filling enough on its own. Honestly, the truffle fries were unnecessary because the burger completely stole the show. I only managed to eat half. My daughter thought her meal was just okay. Service throughout the evening was slow, but it was clear the staff was doing their best during a very busy night.
