They had to fix a number of issues including dry-rot, lack of insulation, replacing various layers of the exterior around the windows and weather-proofing the house in parts where it was lacking. They came out in a very timely manner to provide a quote. Corvair clearly explains the work he is carrying out and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Their team is hard-working on-site. Upon discovering some further issues, he offered options on how to proceed, some of which involved more work but when he reached those decision points he was very clear and prompt as to what the benefit of the additonal work at the time. I trust the quality and of their work and will keep coming back to Charge Construction. Him and his team do great work and the prices are fair for the quality of service provided. I had metal installed over an asphalt roof. No flashing around chimney pipe. the metal edge doesn't…read morehave enough overhang. The end caps fit poorly and have big gaps. Some screws on the ridge vent had nothing to screw into. A boot sliced to fit over a cap and then ziptied. So many corners cut. The valleys are so poorly done I can't even begin to explain. Poor experience poor result. I now have leaks.

The work involved fixing another contractors work: -fireplace drywall had to be sanded and re painting -calked around outside the new shower installed -fixed base boards they were popping out from wall -Installed doorhandles on double closet doors -replace light high above open bsmt stairwell -other minor patches around the home 100% I would definatly recommend everyone in niagara region to use Curt & Ernie Home improvement/handyman services. These guys they are legit hard working and deducated to their customers. Curt cld me the next to ensure everything was ok.
