I don't even know where to begin & if I could give a no star I would , it's clear that if you don't live in the area & not all buddy buddy with the people who work here you won't get good service at all,,,I had heard this place is a overpriced rip off place & was warned to not go there , but as the story goes ,,,we traveled over 3000 miles in our RV & towed one of our trucks behind the RV & the vehicle got bounced around a bit causing the rear end to need to be replaced in it , being it was a ford we thought the best place would be taking it to the dealership to have the repairs done or even to just get the new parts and do it ourself if we had to, so my husband calls to see if they can repair the truck or if they can get us the parts, well seems that the people who so the phones are clueless & rude, put him on hold for a good 15 mins only to act as if they were shocked he was still waiting on hold, by this time he was a bit annoyed & asked if there was anyone who worked there who knows about repairs or parts ,,couldn't get a straight answer ,,so he had to get someone to drive him to the damn place to see if he had better luck trying to talk to someone face to face,,,lol,,,what a joke ,,he said being he wasn't from the area & not looking to spend his money on a overpriced car they have on the lot ,,then they couldn't be even bother to assist him,,he said that the girls there are acting like they they were prissy princesses and just too busy chatting together to be bothered to try & help him , not that they didn't notice him there & the min they realized he was the one who tried to call prior asking questions they have no clue about ,,,parts & only how to try to sweet talk buying a car off the lot, then he was told go try the parts store near by with a rude reply and they giggled after never even trying to do what they are paid to do,,,well at least that was good advice and worth the one star , cause the part store was much more help & 100 % much more professional and no bullshit girly games, would we ever recommend this place never would we ever buy a car there never ! My husband said as he glanced at the stuff they had on the lot and the prices ,,he joked & said he could have loaded up a semi truck with the same crap from out of state and drove it to this town ,,sell then much cheaper and still made money to prob buy a house there ,but I guess when your the only dealership in a little run down town & you have little to no real competition of course you're going to get good reviews from your friends to keep your jobs. Now those of you just moving there & don't know better ,,,you prob have better luck buying something in Albany or out of town ,,out of state ,,hell I'm sure if you feel like getting ripped off ,just try Craig's list ,,,well you prob have better luck on craigslist . read more

Just wanted to say thanks to Kristin Buckley at Lincoln for making my new MKZ purchase an amazing experience at Lacy Ford/Lincoln. Kristen was a total professional, especially being in sales myself I am always critical of others salespeople, but Kristin crushed it! Like many, I'm one of those people who does not look forward to dealing with a car dealership, but this family owned and run business is tops as far as I am concerned. We bought a used 2015 Transit 350 window van last Sept. and a 2014 Ford Escape this week ( 1/31/17 ) that we had not planned on, but could not resist, since we are in our "Golden Years" and not rolling in dough.. I have conversed with Dan Lacy and other family members and feel more of a part of this family now as a customer. Dealing was easy and fair with sales people who are not pressuring, which I dislike. I have had nothing but great experiences at RC Lacy. I got my first Explorer from them 16 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since, even since moving to mass. I make the drive because I know every time you walk in (to their beautiful new building i might add!) you are greeted with a smile, and often a friendly paw!
