The dent was not large however because it was metal on metal and and the color of my car was white I knew it would not be an easy fix. I went to Northeastern based on the recommendations of a number of locals in Hudson, NY. I worked with Autumn, the Office Manager and the reason the company is so well run. Autumn is amazing! She worked with the insurance company from the party responsible and all I had to do was wait for the work for to be done. The original estimate was below what the true cost would have been and she took care of everything to make sure the insurance company would approve the revised cost. She followed up with me on all updates and the work done by the repair crew was second to none. You cannot tell there was ever any damage done and they went above and beyond what I expected.
