We got a call from a manager at the firm offering the following explanation... According to "Tammy," they fired our listing agent 3 months ago for taking overpriced listings. (At the time we were told she left for "family reasons.") Now, Tammy claims, our listing was one of those overpriced listings and it's no wonder it hasn't sold. I asked why this is just coming to light now. It seems reasonable that, if true, we should have been given the correct data and the chance to adjust the asking price if it was indeed too high. Tammy talked in circles, saying they "did everything they should have done." It was a very confusing discussion. Bottom line-for 6 months we have been contracted with a firm that gave us poor advice, hid material issues from us and didn't sell our house. Communication was poor, we had to contact the agents repeatedly for information. And when this significant "overpricing" issue happened, serious enough to lead to an employee termination, we were left in the dark. I do not recommend Wexler Group.

Our agent contacted the seller's agent from this group, Natalia Zulowski and received no insight on the cancellation "I have no clue" nor any intention to speak with our agent. New buyers please beware that there is a clause in the contract where a seller can disapprove a contract without any reason. In this instance, there was no ethical consideration in communication and reimbursement for cost of the home inspection, sewer scope and radon testing that we paid for and reports from these that they have access to. We spent $1300 that went down the drain.
