Groundwork's crew were awesome from the initial quote process to final completion. Christian was great in the sales process and Mikah Ramos and Mickey Snip were excellent in the solution. They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. I had them inspect my chimney which needed to have the tile lining repaired. They estimated $3500 for the work which ultimately cost over $5000. Before they touched it, my chimney had worked fine for 20 years. After they "fixed" it, my chimney no longer drafts as it used to and I get a lot of smoke backing into the house -- even with the damper wide open. Will be installing to a wood stove to fix the problems resulting from their work. A stove that they will NOT be involved with.
