He. started carrying and keeping extra inventory of supplies for my particular equipment. When I needed other items he quickly ordered them and kept me updated. They have also come to fill the tank several times without request, at their leisure. We bought a house without realizing what a hassle propane would be and what poor service this company employs. I asked about the 3/4 propane left she said that's the reimbursement for having to take the tank away. They could have easily received my number from the previous owner or MLS new listing. The person I spoke to felt they were too busy and a letter was enough. If you can't go out of your way to get a new customer I will take my business elsewhere and I did!
