Fair prices, good staff. It's hard to stand out in a sea of retailers but if they're convenient to you, they get it done

I bought their Phantom Extracts Live Resin, and it was not good. The wax said 83%, but I didn't feel any effect from it and tasted like lip balm nothing like flower. When I asked about returns or exchanges, I was told to buy more, and they would give a discount. Why would I buy more if the first batch was no good. Buy from here if you want to waste your money. Have never had a worse experience at a depensory, rude employee over priced garbage product.

I was pretty green when I got my medical card 4 yrs ago. All the staff at this particular R. Greenleaf are really professional and knowledgeable. They have special deals every day of the week; you earn points, which can be traded in for product; I have Lupus, and I was using the wrong strain. The staff helped me with just the right combo of THC, CBD & CBG, and educated me on the difference and what each does for you. I don't go anywhere else, although I have tried several others - R. By far, the best dispensary in the Rio Rancho/ABQ area. Went in this morning to pick up an order that gone wonky in the online ordering process, but Max had it straightened out in two minutes. Been here twice. The first time the guy was cool and helpful. However the second time I went in I had a rude young lady who convinced me to buy flower that was about to expire and was garbage. Literally crumbled to dust. I had already picked the one I wanted and she brought this bag out and convinced me to buy it cause the one I wanted was in the back and she would have to go find it. Check the expiration dates on their bags so this doesn't happen to you. read more

Every time we visited there are so many helpful people and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. I also like that many not all but many of the staff wear masks (now I'm not saying they should but I feel like "if I don't wear a mask you know why should they") but I totally get it. anyway the products are great never had a problem I feel like they're very helpful and I had called several times and they answered all of my questions in a nice courteous manner so I would recommend them read more

When prohibition was lifted, R. Greenleaf decided to raise their prices from 9.20/gm to $14/gm. In some cases, they raised it to $18/gm! WTF! No, not gouging...! The pisser? They have strains I like. Makes me drive farther than I'd like so I don't have to pay their prices. They might learn, they might not. I canceled my email subscription and wrote a nasty-gram, directly to them. No response, hence a Yelp. We'll be watching. Med patients HATE being gouged. read more

I have visited this dispensary several times and have always gotten impeccable customer service. This past Saturday I stopped in and noticed that a customer was being very rude to one of the budtenders. Cynthia not only remained professional and calm but she continued to offer exemplary customer service to this impatient customer. When it was my turn she greeted me with a huge smile and continued to do her job regardless of how she was just treated. The budtenders are what make this location five stars! They are all extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. read more

I've been a medical customer for years and after recreational was legalized, it's like the employees here got overwhelmed and can't function. The last 2 times I went to this location I asked for the highest THC indica they had - a simple request. Well, the first time, the trainee budtender wouldn't look at the list of percentages and felt that just listing random strain names with no percentages was a better idea. It took forever to get the right strain because I would find the highest percentage on the always-too-quickly-changing menu board, ask for one, then she would bring the wrong one over to me at the register, or she would get the right strain but the percentage was lower than what the menu said. When I was finally done, she called the next customer up before I even had my wallet back in my purse, which I found rude. She seemed irritated to have to deal with me when she was the one prolonging the interaction by messing up multiple times. Today I was sold a strain that's 3% lower than the budtender said it was because she didn't show the bag to me before I committed to it, as is the usual practice. I would not have bought this strain if she had shown me the numbers, it was a large purchase, and of course it can't be returned. Then I tried to use my credit card and apparently the budtender ran the purchase as a cash advance & I don't have that enabled on my card, so the purchase wouldn't go through. I had to use a card I didn't want to use because she ran the first card wrong and then had to spend time talking to my credit card company because I thought something was wrong on my end, which it wasn't. I was also charged a $3.50 convenience fee (usually refunded in cash) and she only actually gave me $1 back. I used to be able to easily get what I wanted here, but it looks like that's over now. read more

Use to be my favorite dispensary until they started price gouging and charging medical patients outrages prices. I use to spend about 250 to 300 every week for over 6 years. why would I shop here when other places didnt raise the price like this place did!! read more

Obviously only care about making money! Went from being my favorite dispensary to seeing what they care about $$. I would buy 8-12 BHO waxes a week. Then when recreational hit they boosted the price on everything. Pretty lame, I won't support sell outs and price gougers. Places like this don't last long in the industry. read more

Please do not go here. They are rude rude rude. Since when do you need a New Mexico drivers license to show as an identification when you have a New Mexico medical card. Drivers license or ID from another state is to be used for identification purposes. read more
