She looked up my data & stated she has my loyalty points/purchase history. She had the items I normally purchase in stock, but also suggested some different items I might also like. Sucked me right in, I had to try them. Bought 2 types. That is great customer service skills. Jeremey came in even recognized me from the other store. He smiled saying "you're the guy in the kilt".....I guess I make an impression on people.
