I was new to the medincinal cannibis world and Urban Wellness was my first dispensary. It was near my house. Very professional. Very clean. Very good about following COVID-19 procedures. For sure set the bar high! I've had a few melted edibles, and I can tell when the flower might have been sitting on the bottom of the jar a little too long. But these were far and few in between over my almost three years as a patient. No place is perfect, and they gave me a discount for my next reserve when I called to let them know. Urban Wellness is my favorite dispensary to buy cannabis from. The flower is grown with hydroponics and does not use any pesticides. This is evident once you try any of their cannabis proucts. They recently revamped the store and it sucks now. They got rid of all the cool employees and hired tons of people that rush you out the door and make you feel like you're annoying just for having them do their jobs. Inventory is garbage now too. Other Urbans have more stuff and even some of the same products are cheaper at other stores. This particular urban wellness took a massive dive. read more

This is my first review ever. I'll be short and simple. No business is perfect. There was an issue (one in 2 years) with a questionable price on an amount sold. They fixed the situation fast, and then some. Good selection and prices in general. They get an A instead of A+ in this category because they are generally low on sativa. Urban Wellness is by far the best medical marijuana dispensary in New Mexico. I have spent time reviewing all of the dispensaries locally and Urban Wellness consistantly has the best product.
