The very next day the second heating system I had in an addition failed. I was distraught!! Net Zero gave me a great quote..several thousands less than other HVAC. What they did not tell me that they were only electric heating contractors. So after paying $12,000.00 for installation I now pay an electric bill of $1000.00 a month in the winter. They walked by a brand new gas system in my home..disengaged a second gas heating 50 feet away and installed a unit that is costing me a thousand dollars a month. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire . Would they do the same to their mothers..grandmothers? This is a sad and sorry company. Yes I know I'm a stupid elderly woman with no recourse from people like this. I just hope this warns others to avoid this snake company.

We called J G Perry Plumbing and Heating in a panic and told them that our water heater was under warranty but was leaking. We'd called several other plumbers and by the time we got return calls from the other plumbers, J G Perry Plumbing and Heating had already dispatched a person to our house who showed up within 15 minutes of our call. The person came to the house, immediately pumped the tank and shut everything off to prevent further damage. We were worried that we couldn't get a replacement water heater for a while since it's not traditionally in stock. J G Perry Plumbing and Heating called us the next morning at 6am to let us know they hadn't forgotten about us and that they got a water heater and would install it that day. The men came to the house at 10am, bringing the new water heater, drapes to protect our finished basement and equipment to install everything. In less than 18 hours, we had a new functioning water heater. We were so thankful to have called them and really appreciated the prompt response and help.

I received a cold email stating that my scheduled oil delivery would not be made. The reason given was that your drivers might "pull a muscle" pulling a hose through the snow to reach my tank. Following this, I spoke with a manager whose unconcerned tone during our call was frankly appalling. I am 80 years old. At my age, I am physically unable to shovel a path to the tank myself, and finding immediate help for snow removal is nearly impossible. I have relied on your service for four decades, and I never imagined that Bursaw would be so completely unconcerned with the well-being of their elderly customers during the winter. To be told that a delivery cannot be made to an 80-year-old customer because of the risk of a pulled muscle--while leaving me without a clear plan for heat--is unacceptable. I expected much more from a local company I have supported for most of my adult life.

They installed our home AC about 20 years ago, We've had them come to our house a couple other times since, and *every* time they've been great. One time, we did call someone else by accident and boy did we regret that... but that was at least 10 years ago. Most recently (ie. this summer), our AC died during a heat wave while a friend was staying at our house taking care of our dog. It turned out that the owner was away for the weekend, so he sent one someone else that works for him to our house. They diagnosed the problem and got the repair done right away. The point here is that it isn't just the "owner" that's great, it's also the other people that work for him. There is always the caveat that nobody can work on "every" brand of AC, but if your looking for an HVAC provider, these people are great!

Ward has always been prompt, courteous and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. Today, Ward replaced my 25-year-old gas furnace as it was time and, as usual, was prompt, professional, and overall did a great job. I would highly recommend Concord Heating & Air Conditioning.

I felt a bit over charged when I got dinged for a annual visit where they serviced everything in December and said it all looked good, then a week later our heater stopped working and it turned out we needed a pretty pricey replacement part. Felt they should have waived the annual check up invoice and only charged for the emergency visit, parts and labor for the follow up visit. I guess it's what I expect out of any company like this though.
