On the 25th on which the day it was pouring, I came home in the evening to find what looked like a cyclone had blown through around my house. There was wet leaf and gutter shrapnel covered my yard, my house, my landscaping, my back patio, my grill all my windows. It was in my neighbor's yard. Et cetera. I immediately called 4 times and finally got ahold of Chris, the farming of the job. If you will, and he it hesitantly agreed to come back. Um, after I throttled to cancel my chalk and call the attorney. They came back. They cleaned up a little bit, used their blowers. He explained to me that they blow all their gutters out on rain days and and told me that mine were full to the top, and I explained to him that he should have called and rescheduled it. If it was that bad, I am still cleaning and washing my house. My gutters, my windows and it's now saturday.I just spent an hour and a half washing my house and gutters, and windows, and my backpatio still has shrapnel everywhere . I don't recommend using this company unless you have a lot of spare time to clean the entire outside of your house. Your lawn and your neighbor's yards. After they're finished, i also decided to cancel my steal coating for the year. I just can't do business with a company that thinks it's okay to leave a job like that. They also told me that that's how they do all their gutter jobs when it's raining, and they just blow it out with blowers, and leave the remains not good business in my opinion.

My mother informed Ontario of the situation and they scheduled a day for them to redo the work. When they failed to show up she called again. The Man on the phone had "no idea" where the crew was because he had no way to contact them once they are on the road, y'know because cell phones are so rare these days. Fast forward to today, the second rescheduling of the sealing, 3 weeks later. The crew shows up and refuses to redo the driveway because if the rain had effected the driveway " the sealer would be all over the garage door".

I can't say enough positively about NY STATE CONSTRUCTION. I had a catastrophic rain event that…read morewashed out my 2 retaining walls and totally wiped out my built in pool below. I had several estimates and most wouldn't even considerer talking on the job because it was all hand work and in a VERY difficult manual labor based on this location. The owner James DeCory had some solid reassurances and fantastic suggestions that would remediate future recurrences . I'm getting long winded here but the bottom line is, he does outstanding Meticulous work. He was there faithfully every day and did it all by himself. Bottom line ! HE'S HONEST HARD WORKING DEDICATED and VERY REASONABLE! I know by singing his praises I might have to wait in line to get him back for any further remediation. After my experience with him I don't anticipate any further issues but I'll gladly wait in line for him!!

would not recommend to do a small job. Had them fix 2 cracks in my porch pad it had a hole in it…read moreafter it dried and the cement canaled a little bit. called and left them messages to come out and fix it. They kept saying they would and never showed. Grantrd it didn't cost thousands of dollars but when you pay someone to do a job for you you want it done right or if theres a problem with it to atleast resolve the problem. Just really upset because i cant paint and epoxy my porch until they come and fix it! Will definitely not recommend this company.

I did not realize the work the work involved nor did I realize the dust and mess that it would create. He is very upfront and walked me through each phase and again embraced me for the dust that would travel through out the house even with the plastic tarps taped up to capture it all. The concrete dust was crazy and can't thank Joe and his team for doing an amazing job with the 4 days they were down there. From start to finish they were excellent and you can tell they were seasoned masonry tradesmen and new there stuff. They came highly recommended to us from a family friend and seeing their work on their website which is why we called.
