I'm honestly not sure what the point of checking was if there was no intention of helping me find a solution. I ended up driving to multiple other vape shops and still couldn't find what I needed, so I returned hoping they might be willing to help, but no luck. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Because of this experience, I won't be returning for future purchases.
