The employee check whether they had any available in a device package, and after confirming they did, still refused to sell me a single pod from the pack & i was willing to purchase other products as well. I'm honestly not sure what the point of checking was if there was no intention of helping me find a solution. I ended up driving to multiple other vape shops and still couldn't find what I needed, so I returned hoping they might be willing to help, but no luck. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Because of this experience, I won't be returning for future purchases.
