This smoke shop is freaking awesome. They have the best variety of everything that should be in a smoke shop but truly that's not the reason I wanted to leave a review. I've been here twice now. The first time I was greeted by a woman. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me buy a disposable vape. I came back a second time to buy a more permanent personal vape and I was greeted by a different woman. Again she was super helpful, kind, knowledgeable and helped me purchase what I needed. I have been going to this store 10+ years now and have always had great visits. Andrea is ALWAYS AWESOME, greets me with a smile and hello! She is full of knowledge on the product. Tonight I stopped in 30 minutes before closing and a young man named Mason was behind the counter. I walked in store with my 19 year old son who just graduated boot camp and is now a United States Marine (sorry proud mom has to brag) and his girlfriend (18yrs old ) and my daughter (16 years old) like I have on many other occasions. My husband is the blunt smoker in the house and I go to cloud wars for the good selection. I often forget the flavor my husbands asks for as I did on this stop. I walked straight toward registrar with my son and girls behind me, looked Mason in the eyes and simply said "now what was on my list again" to which my son answers "backwoods" Mason quickly asks my kids for ID which they didn't have on them but wasn't ordering anything to need it either. Mason then proceed to refuse service to me. He quickly became very short and rude. I was so upset with this young man I had to write this review to get the attention of the owner. This young man needs some retraining on customer service. I understand completely the laws an employee must follow when it comes to tobacco products and minors and can assure you none of those laws were being broken. read more

I bought a Wuukah Leaf Buddi and it never worked, from day, one out of the box. I called the next day and told them that it didn't work so they told me to "try and watch some videos and if it didn't work to bring it in and they would help" i told them I wanted my money back and they told me to try it out a little longer and if I couldn't get it to work to bring it in and they would give me my money back, or try to help so I did and still nothing worked so I took it in and the girl Andrea, who was very nice but not very helpful told me she could only give me half my money back because it didn't have a warranty, i was also never given a receipt. then after about an hour in shop of her trying to figure it out and watching the exact same videos i did she couldn't figure it out. Then she found the warranty in the box and told me i had to go through leaf Buddi first. Well that was about a month ago and I haven't heard back from leaf Buddi. so what am i supposed to to do? I'm out $250 and I've NEVER had a working product. I'm never buying from here again and I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK! read more

I went in to the one on Sandhill & Flamingo in June. Natasha was working that day. When I walked in ,she was sitting there with a friend messing with their phones. I had called in my order so it was ready when I got there. Now, to be fair she did sanitize her hands before she handed me my juice and did put her mask on. She said she had been at a big family gathering the previous day. I was not going to go back but I like the juice. July went in and Andrea was working. I had also called in my order. When I walked in she was in the back talking to someone, either on the phone or someone in the store. She came out, no mask on. I asked her where her mask was, her reply I figured this would be quick. She did not sanitize her hands before handing me my juice either. I went there at least twice a month. I will not go back because of these 2 incidents. Sorry, Rashad but you have lost a good customer. read more
