Fortunately, Publix had a nice variety of small lunch box size coolers and we found one for a reasonable price that was perfect for what we needed and would collapse down for easy packing to bring it home. We then made our way to the deli and got fresh, deli made sandwiches made with boar's head meats and cheeses. They're fully customizable and we very much enjoyed them! We were also able to grab some fruit, pretzel crisps, boar's head hummus, and bottled beverages to round out our picnic. Everything was great, prices were reasonable, and we enjoyed a beautiful picnic in this beautiful area. One note would be that the deli does get busy. We were there in the ease of spring (ie: no big National Park crowds) and we still had to wait in a bit of a line for our deli sandwiches. So, just something to factor into scheduling. That said, we didn't mind a bit and the sandwiches were worth the wait. Get to it!

Prices weren't the best, but there were some deals here and there. I bought 2 bags of Boulder Canyon chips for $8 and a gallon of Publix drinking water for $1.43. It was quicker and very convenient for me to pay for my items while using one of the self checkout kiosks and be on my way.

Who travels 2,500 miles to visit a general store for a Fried Bologna Sandwich? My Uncle, Dave Jessee does! We all thought it was kinda crazy, but man was it worth the 2.5hr drive from Spring Hill! Great staff and very inviting atmosphere. Very warm and relaxing. This place feels like home. We have visited Rugby before and the only other place to eat is the Harrow Road Cafe. Harrow Road Cafe is a overpriced tourist trap with very slow service and low end food. Brooks is just down the road and so much better than the Harrow Road Cafe. Had a great time there. The food is hot and made to order. The owner is friendly and is a wonderful cook. Love the General Store and the antiques. It's located in Rugby TN. Best food in town. The only other place to eat is the Harrow Road Cafe which is a bug infested roach motel. RM Brooks serves great food at good prices. read more

I was to stunned to even say anything back to her and I ended up leaving in tears and crying the whole way to the hospital. It just ruined my morning as something that I was hoping would lift me up and bring some joy to our situation as coffee usually does. As a business if a customer is unhappy with the drink especially considering their rediculous sugar amount, it should be replaced especially to have repeat customers and prevent bad experiences/reviews. The cost to make me a new latte would've been cents for them and prevented this chain reaction. Since there's not many options for cafes in Oneida, I did go back the next day and asked them to make me one with one pump of vanilla, it was actually very good and the staff was different and nice this day. I just feel I should've been refunded for the first coffee or compensated somehow. If you don't like sweet coffee make sure you're asking before hand what they put in each drink if you're gonna try it. The decor inside was very pretty too I will say.
