I came in for suspension issue after visiting another shop with horrible customer service. Luis took the time to show me all the worn parts prior to authorizing the repairs and explain how the components working hand in hand- that left a great lasting Impression. Needless to say, I opted to have my struts, lower control arms and ball joints replaced here at MSM. Driving home from the shop, the ride of my car was transformed back to its original glory (no more wiggle noises and a smooth ride). The best part was my car was done if a few hours!! After a quick BBB check we vetoed that. We called another diesel mobile mechanic who listened and said it was the water pump. He suggested calling Caterpillar and just hope we got the replacement. He suggested we also change the water pump belt because it was also cracking and very hard to get to. This was on a Sunday. He stayed with us for 9 hours repairing. We had to go find the belts. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and fair. He gave us a lot of information that he didn't have to. If we lived in California he would be our mechanic for everything!

They don't try to sell you things you don't need! I used to get my oil changed at the dealership because it was actually really cheap, but the organization for appointments was horrible and I had to leave my car all day for an oil change. S&S was just slightly more and closer to my house, so I will always pay the extra $10 or so for the great service!

Not only did they put wrong oil on my engine after telling them in the very beginning that my car takes full high mileage synthetic oil, but they had put half and half the second time around. Saying " we don't have full synthetic so they put half and half" so why put it? Get more of it but they didn't. And on top of that they wanted me to pay for the mistakes they made.
