It appeared that it showed that they had this tubing in assorted sized in individually wrapped pieces and said ready for pickup in store today. I jumped in the car and drove the 13 miles only to be greeted with a blank stare from the girl that I asked. She said "no, they don't have anything like that". I told her I looked it up on line and was told it was available. She said, I'm sorry, but we don't have it. Well, there goes an hour from my day that I'll never see again. Ace has a habit of overselling and promoting items that they do not have at stores, within a reasonable drive. i would like them to at least check their inventory against what they are advertising and at least, try and make it an accurate guess. Lowes is my store, forget Ace, they promise but fail on delivery.

I get lost in this store, so it takes me awhile to find what I am looking for, but I eventually find it. The friendly associates in orange vest, are always ready to assist. They ask me what I am looking for and I tell them, I always look lost. The store is clean and well organized for a Big Box. If you're an early riser, they open at 6AM.
