Getting in and out of that plaza isn't easy and I knew I wouldn't be back. Went to the Great Escape and was helped and prices were actually better than Leslie's. I am all for people getting a break at work but really thought we should have been waited on. We won't be back.

I bought a heater from them 9 months ago. After installation it started making noises. Called…read moreservice and was someone would come out and look at it. No one ever showed up. Find out on my own what the problem was. Then it had water coming out of the side of the heater. Called and text service. It's been 2 weeks and no response from them. So I looked at it on my own and found a broken drain plug. Found out that Paypak has been having problems with the drain plug breaking and is covered under warranty. I went to Barnett's and told them what I found and needed the drain plug replaced. They told me it was my fault it broke and that Raypak was not having any problems with the plug. It cost me $27.50 for a new plug that should have been covered under the warranty. I will never deal with Burnetts again. They all so love to sell you chemicals. And I all so found right down the road is a pool store called Leslie's that are great to work with and aren't trying to sell you every chemical in the store. I gave them a one because you have to give it a rating or it would be a 0.

They would be subbing it out to someone out of state who would not be in town for several weeks. This left us with an empty pool that we cannot use for the rest of the summer and very little options. They literally had over seven months to tell us that they were Incapable of doing the job. Unprofessional, Dishonorble & Uncaring.
