This was the year that I said enough was enough and set out for a new company to help restore my pool. We contacted Rick and within a week of contract agreement they were out measuring for my new liner. Rick said it would take approximately a month to get the liner and that they should be able to start reconstruction on the floor soon after. A month later the liner was delivered and they were out that same week to start the work. The guys working on the pool were respectful of my property and didn't leave a mess behind when they were done each day. I even called Rick a month later because the valve on my filter wouldn't close properly. He called me back the same day and notified me he was out of town for work but he would try to have one of the guys come check it out. They called a few days later and came out to replace the valve. Communication is a huge key and Coolspot pools did not disappoint. This is an honest company and I would recommend them time and time again.

After doing some research, we contacted Mr. Sandless and couldn't be happier. They were flexible and able to schedule before our furniture arrived. The sand-free process took one day, and the two men who did it were friendly and polite. The price was right too; ~$750 for our 400 square foot downstairs, compared to thousands (and several days) for the sand method. Prior to the re-finishing, there was one spot near our front door where the finish had all been worn away. They were able to cover it up well, and while it will ultimately need sanding to completely blend, it is barely noticeable and now protected from the elements. The other great thing is their work comes with a 5 year warranty! We highly recommend Mr. Sandless and their team of skilled flooring experts to finish your floors.
