Don't let the average rating fool you. This is a very nice RV Park. Theresa was cheerful and very helpful. We'd never been there before and she came right out and helped us park. We have a 24" class C on a Sprinter chassis. She gave us a space right on the very end that had evening shade. That was nice because the weather in Walla-Walla was pretty hot in August and there were fires and smoke. It turned out to be a very nice place to stay while we sampled some of the many wonderful wineries W2 has to offer. Rates were fare, park was quiet. Many long term tenants. Everyone we saw was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. read more

Clean, quiet park. Other than not being flexible for check in, they've changed a few amenities. No longer offer the large screen tv room lounge, even though it's still there! No Direct tv. Nice dog park nearby and the Walla Walla museum is pretty cool. read more

I stay here every trip to the Walla Walla, Washington and Milton-Freewater, Oregon area. It is nicely maintained, the grounds well-tended, and close to services off-site. The front desk folks are always welcoming and accommodating. The dog area in the back is so serene with a creek running through it - very peaceful. I typically like to write positive reviews but this negative one deserves to be heard to protect others from the same experience we had with Four Seasons RV Resort. This was our second time staying at this resort and it will be our last. The front office manager (who also lives on site) Cindy is disrespectful and a complete tyrant. She will watch you from sun up to sun down to find something to come screaming at you about and write up a violation. This park has more rules than they do amenities - just look at them all sitting in frames on their front desk and posted in their windows - even the guy who pulled in next to us on Friday asked my husband "have you ever seen so many warnings with CAPITAL letters when checking in?" We've been traveling the country for the past 4 months and have NEVER encountered anything like the utter disrespect towards a paying customer, ANYWHERE!! After reading reviews on Yelp and other websites, it's apparent that this is not something new. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this place a second time. Cindy's unprofessional approach towards enforcing rules and tyrant behavior has been an ongoing theme with this resort because the reviews on every website (for the past two years) paint the same picture. You can't even park your car idling in front of your RV to unload groceries or have your friends come pick you up and pull into an adjacent EMPTY space for 5 min to load up to leave for the day without her chasing you down and banging on your door or having her take pictures of the car and license plate so she could run into her office and write up a violation. It's utter ridiculousness in this business of RV travel and customer service! I don't know how they stay in business but even if you are desperate for a place to stay, you may want to think twice about reserving at this location. read more

This was our first time at this park. When we pulled into the park we were confused where to stop to check in and accidentally pulled to far forward. So when checking in at the office she gave us a very bad time about doing so... Then we learned that the site we paid in advance to reserve was given away to another party without any explanation or advance notice. The site we were put in holds 2 RVs - we literally had an RV backed in just 1 foot in front of us. Secondly the sites next to us on either side were to close for comfort. The original site we requested was for just 1 RV. The park is clean and pretty and overall very quiet. If you need WiFi it is completely unreliable. If the park is going to offer reserving specific spots then they need to honor that otherwise do not offer it. Because of this, the lack of welcome at check in and tight spaces we will not return. read more

We recently stayed here and found this park to be cared for very well. The updated bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Some reviews commented about the employees but we found everyone to be friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. read more

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and 3 dogs for our anniversary. We LOVED the rules here that are actually enforced, so we had a very pleasant stay, because everyone was polite and respectful. The Fort Walla Walla dog park is walking distance from the RV park, and is a wonderful place to bring your dogs to tire them out. Downtown is a short 8 minute drive (or 2.2 mile walk), so this park is very convenient. We had no issues during our 4 night stay, the park was clean and well-kept, and the staff was very polite to us. This is not the park for you if you have loud children that you allow to to scream continuously, dogs that bark nonstop, or if you are the type that can't be bothered to read rules or follow them. I'm shocked at the number of bad reviews this lovely park has gotten simply because people didn't bother to read the rules, or decided they didn't like the rules AFTER they booked. All rules are VERY clearly written on the website. If you feel that rules don't apply to you, want to be loud, disrespectful or party late into the night, this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet and well-kept park with other respectful guests and staff, you'll love it here! read more

Had to cancel a month in advance due to covid event cancellation. RV park would not refund the one night and kept the entire charge on the card. I told them to go ahead and cancel it, we'll forefeit it, and we'll never stay here. They're on our blacklist. read more

On 3/3/20 at 0900, I phoned the RV Resort Four Seasons to inquire on space availability. I identified myself as a traveling nurse, looking to book a site for their monthly rate, and would they have any availability from mid April to mid June. The lady who answered the phone, who did not give her name, was rather rude and stated, "I have space available but I won't give it at the monthly rate, but rather at the daily rate." I commented to her "that would be rather expensive" and she replied, "I know how much you traveling nurses make and you can surely afford it." I ended the conversation by saying thanks but no thanks. Her attitude was rude and inappropriate and if it is representative of this RV park, I would never stay there. I will be sure to let all of my travel nurse friends know of the hospitality that this park offers those of us who bring healthcare to areas in need. read more

We have stayed here several times but when we pulled out after this week-long visit it's for the last time. Rude, surly, and condescending...they make you feel like it's a privilege to stay there while seemingly taking great satisfaction in jackboot enforcement of their endless rules and codes. We recently just left this hell hole after a two week long stay. From day one it has been nothing but problems. The lady at the desk is a total c u next Tuesday. When we arrived she was playing on her phone and eating lunch as we walked thru the office for she splurted out can't you see I'm on lunch and made a sly remark to how we were parked in the rv check in spot. We have a 53' gooseneck and a ram 4500 long bed dually so not the smallest set up there is. She proceeded to slam her phone down and get pissy about how we were there to check in. She informed us that the a lot we had reserved months in advanced was rented out to another couple. She told us we would be in a different spot a spot that was against a fence so of course our trailer over hung into the road. After unhooking our trailer she came barreling over yelling and cussing about how we can't stay here since our trailer was to large for the spot she put us in. She moved us to another spot. After we were all set up and ready to call it a day she came over yet again and said our dog could not be in the grass (14 year old black lab) she told us he has to be on the pavement but it was 104 degrees and I wasn't putting my dog on the pavement. She also insisted that we send her photos of our truck and trailer since our trailer was older then five years as well as current registration and insurance for both. I'm assuming since we are a mid 20s couple she was just jealous of our brand new paid off truck and three year old $100k trailer and she lives in a tiny pile of crap trailer on site making $25k a year. The park it's self is nicely maintained and clean. The grounds keeper is super friendly and great guy to have a conversation with and I feel like he should be in charge instead of the crappy old cow that sits at the desk wishing I'm her husband didn't cheat on her. We use reviews a lot. Being a restaurant owner we understand some reviews are just people who aren't happy in general. One little thing an it's 0 stars. We saw the low rating an decided to call anyway. A pleasant woman answered the phone an was very helpful. We arrived at a very nice park. My wife went inside an was cheerfully greeted an had a pleasant transaction. It's a very nice place. Well maintained grounds clean sites an decorated with lots of cool animal statues. We decided to meet up at the Four Seasons RV Resort with our daughter and son-in law who we're coming in from Seattle to celebrate 4th of July. We've been to Walla Walla before enjoying the bike riding, wine tasting, and restaurants. This RV park has well kept grounds, its clean, and quiet. We found the staff to be professional and friendly. It's quietly tucked away well off the main road surrounded by trees. We look forward to returning. read more

I called in early February to make a reservation for the Spring Release Weekend, an event that takes place May 1-3. Four days later my husband and I decided we could not keep our reservation so he called to cancel. We canceled our reservations nearly 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! The female employee, that never identified herself, rudely informed my husband we would be charged $57 as a cancelation fee. I contested the charge with my credit card company and a few weeks later received a phone call from the Four Seasons explaining they have a strict cancelation policy and I owe them the $57. She was extremely rude and condescing to me as well. I explained to her that of all the companies I do business and make reservations with, Doctors offices, Airlines, Hotels, Nail Salons, Hair salons and restaurants, none of those establishments have a policy where they charge the customer for canceling months in advance. I don't know who you think you are to unethically keep peoples money and make them jump through hoops with the credit card company to get the money back. You are an RV park for Peet sake. My money was credited from my credit card company and we will never make a reservation with them again. I urge you to book with a more upstanding business such as Blue Valley. read more

I'd give this RV resort 5 stars if I was to judge on its beauty because it really is well tended, has green grass sites and is very clean. However, the way we were treated by an employee makes me want to give it ZERO stars. We pulled in prior to the check in time and noticed that the office was closed. There wasn't enough room for our rv and car we were towing to sit and wait so we drove slowly through the park and saw that the site we had registered for and reserved online previously was empty and the worker who was mowing the lawn smiled and gave us the thumbs up so we pulled into the site. I had just checked my watch to see if the office hours were now open when this woman came barging into our site demanding "tell me what's going on here". This was just the beginning of the nastiness that came spewing out of her mouth at us. If we weren't so desperate to get off the road for a while we would have left right then. This woman was HORRIBLE!!! After she finally stopped berating us and ORDERED us to come yo the office to sign in "Property " I gathered my wallet and headed to the office where she continued her meanness towards me. We were nothing but kind and apologetic the entire time but she was relentless and just plain awful. I felt miserable and awkward for the rest of the night. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK- I'm warning you to expect the same by the looks of the posts about this place. read more

Had to cancel because of covid and was told the pre paid one night would not be refunded but could be used as a credit. When we tried to use the credit for a later stay we were told we had to purchase 2 nights to use it. Most businesses seem to be helpful with covid cancellations but not this place. read more

Terrible management. The front desk lady was inconsiderate and did not care about guests. As we were out enjoying the local restaurants they made us come back to the camp ground to back in our cars rather than pull in. Like it mattered; all we were doing was enjoying our friends company at the campground over. Never come here, never pay them, never give them your business. You will regret it, you will have more work then enjoyment. Do not come here, unless you plan on spending your vacation pleasing the campground host. read more

This place is a dream! The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Our site is long, clean, grassy and easy to get into.We have full hook up, cable TV and wifi that works. It's great for walking our cat. On our walk we saw a wild turkey and other interesting wildlife. The front desk provides lots of information on the area. This campground is right in town so it's convenient to everything. They even have a wash bay so you can leave with a clean RV! This is a great campground and we whole heartedly recommend it! read more

We are currently staying at this park. We arrived after hours. The staff had our reservation info on the door and ready for us. The sites are large and easy to access. Our site is nicely grassed. Each site has power, water, sewage, cable and a picnic table. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are roomy (but lack water pressure). The staff we have met have been very friendly. If they had a playground and/or pool it would make it 5 stars. We will be back. read more

Nice, clean spot but you will bottom out on the way out of the resort. That part of entrance needs to be fixed if it's a place for RV's.

I'm not the type to typically write a review good or bad, but after staying at the RV Resort Four Seasons I felt I had to say something. My review will be a lot like the other negative reviews, but here were our issues with this site and the people running it and will not stay here again. 1. We were meeting a friend here that was also registered, and the office was closed during check in time! He complained to our friend that he can never eat his lunch. We arrived approx. 30 minutes later when they were finally open, and the man behind the counter kept giving snide remarks about our female friends parking ability which I thought was very rude. After we checked in and went to park, the counter guy proceeded to drive his golf cart out to watch us both park and hovered around. 2. The following day, the counter guy went and moved some of our belongings at our site while we were away! He came over later that evening to tell us not to have a pet gate on the grass and we were supposed to have it on the pavement. Now it has been 95 degrees out and I can't imagine any pet owner willing to put their pet on the hot pavement. He said that pets are not supposed to use the grass in the campsite, only in the pet yard which is about 200 yards from where we are camped. The counter guy has been rude from day one, and his people skills are sorely lacking. We both feel that they really don't want us there and don't appreciate our business. Pets are barely tolerated here. 3. The wifi DOES NOT work! 4. Our 50A breaker would not stay on and kept tripping 5. The water to the showers and bathrooms was not working. The overall campgrounds do look nice, but the spots are very close together and tight (we are in a 35' 5th wheel). The staff here micromanages to the point of being overbearing. For the $42/night that this place charges one would expect a bit more for the money. We now know that the fairgrounds just a mile away has water/electric with a dump station and are available for RV camping when the fair is not in session for $25/night. We have been on the road for 6k miles and this is by far the worst spot we have been at with the attitude of the staff. read more

We recently stayed at Four Seasons and were very disappointed in the experience. I had made reservations in August 2015 for September 2016, and were told the spaces we were to occupy. When we arrived, we were told we had been moved to accommodate a large group. The sites we were given were not very large, and grass sites, but we had to pay just as much as if we had the large paved sited we had been promised. The owner/manager insisted that she had not given me site numbers, but the question would be, "How did I know we were moved?" Instead of being apologetic and perhaps making a monetary consideration for a less satisfactory site, she insinuated that we had made the mistake. read more
