They don't have high level skilled mechanics and it caused me to double pay for double work because CCs mechanics not being able to get the job done properly.

I was stuck! I checked a few reviews of nearby repair shops and landed on Morrison's. I had the truck towed to them around noon. During 5:30 PM traffic, they offers to pick me up from my hotel and reunite me with my repaired vehicle. They stepped up BIG TIME! I was back on the road for $200 less than originally quoted. Recently took the Volvo in for a brake line flush for preventative maintenance plus it was braking kinda funny, they took care of us and had us in and out around lunchtime. Clean shop, friendly folks, and prices were very reasonable. Taking the kid's BRZ in this week for some preventative maintenance and confident they'll take just as good care of us then as they did in the past. Overall, Kenny and Laura are great folks with a great attitude.

He hasn't provided the writeup for the diagnostic, or an estimate for the work. I've contacted him to at least get the diagnostic write up, but he hasn't responded to my calls, emails, or messages on Yelp. I do not recommend using him to anyone. It is the 9/23 and I have not been given the diagnostic I paid for. Do not use him.

It was very difficult for him to provide an itemized receipt and took him many days over email to add up the numbers to make up what would entail the cost totaling to $1,000. At a Mini mechanic claiming the same issue!RIP OFF! Went to my local mechanic and he said they were not being honest! since the owner wants to attack me, I was at this shop once before and it was a positive interaction however they said they cleared all my check, engine, lights and warning lights! Once I drove around for a few days, those lights all came back on and I purchased a scanner to figure out what was going on. Turns out that they could've easily figured out that all I needed was a Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid . So after two visits to the shop, not only did they not diagnose it, but it causes me to fail my inspection so then I had to purchase a reader and then fixed it myself! and they said that my warning lights for my headlights and my tail lights were short! So I bought headlights myself and put them in and the tail light was an easy fix, but they couldn't figure this out either! This shop is a farce. Don't trust them whatsoever the owners arguing with me over their failure to actually do a good job for their customers! This car runs great and I take care of it and have every maintenance done that I can as it's driven all across the country for over 107,000 miles so for you to question my upkeep of it is offensive!!!

Went in and was told I needed to come back the next day as they needed to order more parts but still put my tires on without an alignment. A little over $1600 and two whole days wasted. Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Years of business down the drain but with the new management the whole company has gone under. Wouldn't even recommend this 'repair' shop to my worst enemy

What was once a great shop, has gone down hill - PLEASE READ…read more... I was a long time loyal customer, and Pat took advantage of me & lied to me.... I brought my car into Pat's to have some work done on it, including an examination of the cooling system which had been working perfectly, but I was just curious if it needed some maintenance. Previously, my cars operating temperature had never waivered even once. And for my job I spend a lot of time idling for long durations; not even in the summer did I have heating issues. Two hours after getting my car back from Pat's the temperature gauge spiked to the max, and my head gasket blew shortly after. I told Pat I would not expect him to replace the head gasket (a $2500 job), but I asked that he would at least refund me the $700 I spent for the services I had done. This felt fair as there was no way to prove the ultimate cause, but the timing was all to coincidental. Pat understood and said he would send a check out that day. The check never came, Pat ignored two voicemails from me following up. I cent a certified letter to his shop, which USPS returned to me saying they tried on 3 separate occasions to get a signature, but that none could be obtained. Pat damaged my car, cost me thousands of dollars, and just as bad lied to me. I had a great relationship with his shop and referred numerous customers to him over the years. So if he did it to me, don't think he wont do it to you. On a closing note, a few months before my incident, other friends I had referred to Pat's in the past took their cars there and both had terrible experience, which they attributed to Pat's new staff. Still, I wasn't deterred from taking my car to Pats. I should have listened to them. Please do not make the same mistake I made of thinking that you have taken your car there for years, it wont happen to you. Well, it will. If not now, sometime in the future.
