Once paid, they offered little further assistance. Significant miscommunication between staff members on essential elements of our filing. Longer version: We hired a tax preparation service to help navigate changes to our filing status after getting married. Our tax consultant, Garrett Jones, began working on our application with the wrong filing status. After correcting this error, there was poor communication regarding important changes that needed to be followed up on, which resulted in IRS notices arriving in June. When I raised my concerns with Garrett, his guidance was vague and he offered no clear timeline for resolution. Weeks later, with no progress made, I was left with the impression that once he had been paid, his investment in us as clients had ended. I spent approximately 10 hours on the phone with the IRS trying to sort out the status of our account. Throughout this process, Garrett maintained that I owed approximately $2,000 to the IRS -- when in fact I had a pending refund of approximately $2,000. In the end, we were left with a significant miscalculation, poor customer service, and no choice but to resolve everything ourselves. I'm still unclear what the fee we paid to Crossroads Financial Planning actually covered. Highly recommend taking your taxes elsewhere.

Any decent company would eat their mistake and keep a customer. Kerry Petersen is horrible at her job, doesn't return calls, A "so called" manager Brittany Hamilton doesn't return calls. AAA is a dirtbag company that's probably getting their ass handed to them because the fires so it's a money grab. It may be hard to find any great insurance company, but anyone will be better than these creeps. PS- Shout out to Fausto in the Glendale CA office for not hiding, letting me vent and explaining the BS that took place.

The person they sent couldn't charge my battery so, he suggested to wait for another person to come which it would take about an hour so, I thought it would be too late , so, he suggested if I wanted my vehicle to be tow at my house and I thought it was a better Idea then later in the morning I would call AAA again. When he brought my vehicle to my house, He mess up my vehicle's handle (driver side) and all he said was "sorry", for which I called AAA to let them know and they stated to call this the tow truck company directly to resolve this issued and I was given a phone number to call so, I called several times and they answer very rude or when they see my phone number they don't answer unless I call private or from another number and when they finally answered they stated they need to review the damage claim and they would go from there. I called every day for 3 days (both the AAA and the towing company) and today, the towing company called stating they can fix it and can pick up my truck and they set up an appointment for me to take it to shop on 10/30/2025 at 6:00am. then an hour later I got a message from them that they change their mine, stating that it wasn't the driver's fault so, they decided not to take responsibility of the damages that was done by their driver so, I called AAA and spoke to the person called supervisor who apparently was in charge of handling my case "Evita Hernandez" and told her about what this tow company stated and she said at this point she no longer work on my case because she needs to transfer it to a "Specialist" from AAA and to wait 2-3 business days. I told her I need a car rental or transportation to go to my job while there is a decision, and she said she totally understands but I just need to wait.
