I called every day for 3 days (both the AAA and the towing company) and today, the towing company called stating they can fix it and can pick up my truck and they set up an appointment for me to take it to shop on 10/30/2025 at 6:00am. then an hour later I got a message from them that they change their mine, stating that it wasn't the driver's fault so, they decided not to take responsibility of the damages that was done by their driver so, I called AAA and spoke to the person called supervisor who apparently was in charge of handling my case "Evita Hernandez" and told her about what this tow company stated and she said at this point she no longer work on my case because she needs to transfer it to a "Specialist" from AAA and to wait 2-3 business days. I told her I need a car rental or transportation to go to my job while there is a decision, and she said she totally understands but I just need to wait.

Christiane told us we could sell them (probably because they are not easy to sell, split, liquidated and they have lost most,if not all, of their value!). My car loan was sold to Nuvision and it has been a nightmare. From making payments, setting up auto…read morepay, to trying to talk to an actual person. My account needed to be paid right away when it switched and it was impossible to figure out how to make a payment because it needed to go through the website, not the online portal. So much back and forth with customer service and time wasted. Because I couldn't find anything on the account that auto pay was set up, I set it up again without knowing and had two separate charges for the same day on my account. For the final pay off payment, I logged in and found the scheduled payments, cancelled them and made a payment for the exact amount to pay off my car. The company still deducted both canceled payments and added them to a bank account that I will not use and did not want. Had to schedule a transfer to put the money back in my bank account which took days. Last week I was waiting to talk to a representative for an hour and a half before I had to hang up and go back to work. Once my car loan was paid off, the account disappeared and I have no documentation that the car is paid off. The ONLY positive experience I've had was when I chatted with customer service asking for a final statement and to close my account. I have never had to spend so much time to manage a car loan. It has been a confusing nightmare to pay this company and close the account. Will never consider opening a bank account or new loan with them.
