I am so thankful for Shea at R3, she totally saved me yesterday. My hamstrings are typically super tight but yesterday was leg day and it did not end well. My hamstrings became so tight they pinched my sciatica nerve sending shooting pain whenever I tried to sit, walk or turn to the right. ***PROCEED WITH CAUTION*** - Shae is hands down the BEST therapist I've found in Texas. Sessions may become habit forming :). I travel a bunch- whether driving, flying or sitting in front of a laptop in a hotel - about 60-80 hours/week. I was referred to Shae by a client and friend when I was complaining about some upper back tension. A few minutes later I had an appointment for the next evening at her office off 183 (Near Arboretum). She was very accommodating and flexible on booking - and had me figured out within about 2 minutes of walking in. Extremely personable, great business sense, and most importantly didn't need to be told what to do. I'm big on a "you're the professional" approach, and as the other reviews have said she didn't require any coaching to find and focus on my problem areas. I try to get a deep tissue massage at least 3-4x's/month, but have had my fill of the inconsistencies of the hourly people working at the big chains and going through the motions... Alright, I need more stars. Preferably gold ones. Like, dozens of them. The whole body cryotherapy is amazing. I have been sleeping better than I have in years and pushing my workouts harder than before. I can get a treatment on Friday, run 30 miles over the weekend while playing and reffing soccer, get a treatment Monday and go do legs in the afternoon. It's really astounding to me, I'm working harder and pushing myself far more physically than I ever have and I'm not breaking down, slowing down, I can just keep on going. The Normatec equipment is also great. You just sit in the chair and put on the legs or sleeves and let them squeeze away.
