It has been years since i did much of this and what i learned was that the costs were now so high that i was tempted to scrap the whole idea . A neighbor suggested i bring some of the pieces into Michael's on Western in Beaverton. I am so glad i did . The framing professionals there know what they are doing and they are patient in assisting you to look at choices. The cost i have found to be less than half of what i was quoted elsewhere. The turn-around time is two weeks or less. The finished product in every case absolutely met my expectations. The result is that my home is really reflecting my own art and taste. Chrisman has been here forever. Unclear what their future at this location will be now that Bales is gone. With all the construction going on you wouldn't even know the place was here. Staff is fantastic. I provide the print image I want framed and they provide lots of color coordinated and material options. Turn around is typically a few days which has always been fine. I don't need framing services very often but they are my go-to whenever I do.
