It's a small place with a cool vibe: there are bar stools at the counter so you can take a load off, and plants and chill music create an atmosphere. They have a nice assortment of quality e-liquids, and you can sit at the counter and try the flavors in store. They sell the best ones they like from the different manufacturers, but if they don't have "your" favorite brand or flavor, they will help you find something really comparable or likely better. The whole staff vapes, and they know their flavors. As others have said, they are so friendly and welcoming that you really do feel like family when you're there. Darlita is the superstar: she's so warm and funny and personable she just makes you feel happy. But she also has the cream of the crop working with her. A couple of the guys you'll meet are just wizards with mods if your needs are more advanced. The whole staff can give you knowledgeable assistance, and they'll have you feeling like both a welcome guest and a treasured friend at once while helping you with whatever you need. I've been so pleased with the friendly service and good advice that I'm now placing phone orders with them instead of going online to get what I need from just anyone. (They ship!!!) That's the thing really. You can get stuff anywhere, but here you get a really top-drawer customer experience from really nice people, and if you're like me, you'll feel good after the visit.
