My car just stopped in the lane, in a blind curve I was pertrified that I would be hit. I called my insurance co, the response was automated I said I needed a tow! They insisted on sending me a link, with a message just use the link I sent. and there is a app to download. I called back and just kept saying agent, agent, I live in Plano it took 30 minutes to locate Spring Creek & Ave K.
During this I saw a tow truck coming and stopped behind me, asked if I needed help. He did not bill my insurance, but offered to tow my car to the parking lot behind Capital One.
He was a angel, gracious, concerned for my safety and get me out of traffic. I was still on the phone w/insurance who was still trying to find location. (For some reason was not able to understand I was in traffic) not everybody can take the time to download an app while sitting in traffic with cars trying to go around me. Tow truck did not ask any question just wanted mt out of harms way. read more
