I spent almost $1,000 putting the muffler and pipe in 3 years ago, and I was not keen to replace it all over again. Muff took a few minutes to explain why it had degraded (cheap, thin steel), and that he could replace the entire thing with a custom fabricated pipe, preserving my resonator AND muffler. With that, he got straight to work, and I was out on the road again in an hour with a completely fixed exhaust system--all at a FRACTION of what I was expecting to pay. Muff and his team were kind, professional, warm, welcoming, and highly skilled. I've truly found a gem of a shop in Lancaster city, and I'll be recommending everyone go see them. They tried to stack on: A transmission fluid flush for $460 A drive belt service for $440 Front suspension work for $1,741 Rear shocks for $666 A valve cover/vacuum pump for $742 Worse yet, their $968 diagnostic conclusion to replace the throttle body completely ignores the classic textbook symptom of a car stalling specifically after getting gas--which points to a simple, cheap EVAP purge valve issue.They are clearly more interested in maximizing profit margins by rewriting the maintenance history on older vehicles than actually doing honest, pinpoint diagnostics. The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!

Jones has been servicing my TLX Type S for 2 years now, and have typically done a great job with communication and quality of work. For 2 years now, I have requested that they forgo running my car through their car wash, as my vehicle has a dual layer ceramic coat and has only ever been hand washed (I'm an auto enthusiast). They had my trust, as the service advisor once jokingly told me they washed my car during a previous service. On Dec 26th, however, after a routine service, I noticed the vehicle had been run through the car wash, and as expected, my paint was covered in micro scratches / swirl marks. I pointed this out to the service manager and he acknowledged their mistake (and even gave me a hand written note acknowledging their mistake), and offered to have their detailer buff out the scratches. I mentioned that simply buffing out the scratches would effectively remove my expensive ceramic coating, and would not be an adequate remediation. In order to restore the car to its previous condition, the ceramic would need to be removed then reapplied, per my detailer. After explaining this to the service manager, I was questioned about the quality of my ceramic coat, and was told that ceramic coats should prevent scratches in an attempt to pivot some of the blame. Any good detailer knows (and a simple Google search suggests) that ceramic coating does not prevent scratches, rather it adds gloss, protection from environmental contaminants, and ease of cleaning. After emailing the general manager, Kris, about the situation, I received a call from the service manager where I was told the scratches were not from the car wash and must have been present before the service, again that ceramic coatings prevent scratches, and they would not be willing to rectify the situation by working with my detailer to restore the vehicle to its previous condition. Instead, I was offered a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Instead of making the situation right, Jones chose to lose a potential life long customer and damaged their reputation in the process. Anyone who considers themselves an auto enthusiast should avoid Jones at all costs. I'm extremely disappointed. The photos of the side profile and front of the car were taken in Oct 2023 demonstrating near perfect condition, and the three photos with swirl marks / micro scratches were taken post-service for reference.

McKonley's diagnosed that they needed to have the parts greased and I had a bad caliper in one. I had them take care of it and the brakes haven't made that noise since. Now McKonley's will be my mechanic.
