Never fixed the tint after multiple times, had to point out that they never fixed the fog light just to be replaced with a junkyard one that looked terrible after two trips back. Misaligned body panels. Didnt paint everything that needed to be fixed. Terrible wax job to finish the exterior that left swirls and excess wax everywhere and engraved into the plastic.

Unbelievable as it seems they replaced the FRONT tires instead of the back tires. They left the bad tire on the car!!!!!! I was given a time frame of 10-12 days. On May 22, the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, my husband and I went on a day trip, not expecting the car to be ready until the following week. I received a call while on our trip that the car was ready to be picked up and explained to the admin that I could not pick it up because I was out of town. We arranged that I would pick it up the next day, Saturday, May 23. They would be closed but they stated they would put the key remote in my console. When I went to get my car the key remote was not in the car (a Volvo who will indicate if the key can be located in the car or not). I did not bring my spare, but it really didn't matter because I needed to get my key anyway. So I went home with my rental car from Enterprise and waited until Tuesday, May 26 (Memorial Day was Monday). When I went to my car the key remote was still missing! Gerber had no idea where it was and then they figured out that they gave it to another client, who had already picked up their car. I eventually received my car later that day and turned in my rental car. Gerber insisted to my insurance company that I picked up my car and returned the rental on Friday May, 22 and Enterprise is charging me over $200 for 4 days when my insurance company should have covered it. Why won't my insurance cover these days? Because the manager at Gerber is lying to them and telling them that I picked up the car on May 22. Now the manager, Jerry, is avoiding my calls, Enterprise says the case is "closed" and must be dealt with through their accounting department and my insurance company keeps "looking into it". A nightmare!
