My Jeep came back to me with the new repair and they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. My Jeep was pretty dirty and they really did a nice detail job on it. All of the staff was super friendly and they left a nice thank you card when I picked up my vehicle. I hope I don't have to return but if I do need body or glass work I will definitely choose Gerber again.

My car was taken to Gerber Collision after I had hit a deer. When I picked up my vehicle after the…read morerepair was completed I found several things wrong with the repairs that were done. I also took my car to my dealership the day after picking up the car and had them do an inspection and they said the car needed to be returned to the collision center for corrections to be done to the repairs. I took my car back to the collision center and told them the issues we had and they said 1-2 weeks for parts to come in and they would fix the repairs that were not done properly. They have still yet to contact me about parts being in the fix the car and still charged my insurance company more money for repairs that have not been done. Several missing bolts throughout the car. The "new" bumper trim had a crack in it. The new headlight they installed was broken and also wasn't aligned correctly and was missing bolts. The sensors for my high beam headlight auto dimmer does not function properly anymore. The hood does not sit properly and is loose. The part were the hood latches to the car was covered in jb weld instead of being replaced like they said they would. Worst collision center I have ever been to and would never recommend anyone I know to go there. Its been almost a year long process.
