As I began explaining my situation to the woman at the desk, a man standing next to her abruptly interrupted me. Without letting me finish a sentence, he began talking about "security" and "safety," stated they don't print documents, and then told me to leave--purely because he did not want to help. No attempt to listen, no courtesy, no professionalism. What stood out wasn't the refusal--it was the attitude. It was very clear that because I wasn't there to buy a car, I wasn't worth basic human decency. Anyone who's ever bought a vehicle knows dealerships have no issue printing pay stubs, bank statements, or paperwork when money is involved. The double standard was obvious. I left calmly and with my head held high, but genuinely disappointed. This dealership presents itself well online, but in person, if you're not immediately profitable to them, you're treated as an inconvenience rather than a person. Spend your money accordingly.

I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. As a woman, this type of professionalism is invaluable to me! It's just a small shop in the middle of nowhere and I got the best service I have ever had in comparison. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
