im an Uber driver and I always go to this Racetrac #2507 because its really close to the airport and the customer service is ALWAYS AMAZING!! I would like to give a huge shout to Herbert Especially today, the gas pump was really acting up which it did not give me all of my gas, i had a long ride home and i didnt have any more money, he assured me the money would come back on my card and he give $5 gas and he pumped my gas for me,,, he really made me feel better, thank you thank you Herbert, You are Awesome!! read more

This gas station is clean and very confident to where I was staying for my visit to the A. I came here to grab a slice of pizza and a cup of coffee. The station was clean, pizza slices are hot abs fresh along with other hot treats. This location even has a yogurt bar (fully open). Patrons must wear a mask and follow social distance. The coffee was good (freshly ground beans selections). What I like most about this Race Track is the self- checkout machine. That's is new to me to see this in a gas station.. in and out. I did not look at the gas prices so I can't give any input on that lol. Overall if your in the area, make a stop and grab a snack or pump some gas. read more

Once again, I need to use the restroom, it's pouring down rain and there's 15 black SUV limo drivers hogging ALL the parking, milling around and even parking at the pumps to loiter. I'm so SICK of this store!!!!! I saw a security guard run them all off ONCE. They supposedly have a 5 minute limit, but you'll pee your pants before they leave. THIS IS NOT A RIDESHARE WAIT LOT!!!!!! Love this new Racetrac one exit from the Hartsfield International Airport. It's a great place to gas up before I head back home or to use the loo before sitting in traffic on I-75 for 45 minutes. A relative of mine came here to get something to eat because it was late and no restaurants were open. The lady working here had a cart with fresh food she was putting out. My relative was just looking at the sandwiches already out on display when the worker got an attitude with her telling her not to touch the food on the cart. She wasn't even trying to mess with the cart. Then my relative walked away and walked back after giving the lady some time to put things away. This morning they were cleaning the restrooms with a security guard standing outside saying I couldn't wait because he can't allow a line to form. I'm sorry.. what?? Been coming here for over a year usually a great place to stop. Tonight the restrooms were closed both boys and girls. There are about 6 of us waiting for them to open when this smart mouthed girl stuck her head out and said BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED. I said yes we are waiting. She was very rude and said WELL THEY ARE GONNA BE CLOSED FOR AN HOUR and then rolled her eyes and said FLOORS ARE WET. I asked does it take an hour for them to dry and again rudely she rolled her eyes said UH YEAH. She was very hateful and all of us in line just looked in disbelief. This was at 8:30 pm just FYI. This gas station is very clean and very well stocked. There are many hot choices for food selections here. Prices are reasonable on the hot food. Large selection of pizza. Gas prices are lower than other stations in the area. Usually pretty packed here also, so have patience. read more

My money was put on the wrong pump. When I realized what happened I immediately ran inside so it could be corrected. No one was around. By the time the guy came in someone used my money to fill up at another pump. Racetrack refused to reimburse me. I was told if I had told them while the other car was there I could have gotten my money. I tried! No employees were around! read more

I was patiently impatiently circling the pumps like a Great White following a chum slick and growing increasingly disgruntled at all the folks apparently shopping for dinner @ RaceTrac while their cars were parked at the pumps (no hose attached). This gas station, although well run, but is very hostile towards rideshare drivers. I would imagine they probably get a lot of business from drivers, but chooses to post signs and hire security people to rudely ask drivers to leave the premises. Not friendly. read more

I work at Hartsfield so it is convenient to get gas before heading home. I got gas and pulled over to park so the next person could get gas. I had and important call so I was on the phone for maybe 5 minutes. This large uncultured women came over. Tapping on the window very rude says you have to move. I explained I just got gas and was going in to the store after my call. She said you only have 15 minutes you are trespassing. She refused to tell her name or company she worked for. She proceeded to follow me trying intimidate and try to scare. This is a very hostile environment to put your customers in. If I buy food I can not eat it or I will be charged with trespassing. Seriously RaceTrac you need to take some lessons from Quicktrip. read more

Love me some Racetrac but some locations like this one just don't fit the bill. Walked in early this morning, bout 4am and this place was dirty! Sticky floors, stuff on the ground, DIRTY drink stations, coffee grounds on the counters etc. I almost didn't get anything because I was so turned off. To their "defense" I will say I overheard one of the female workers say to another employee that they have to help each other out because the other guy just ran out of there. This is a new store and it's already a crap hole. I drive limos so I was happy when it opened but there are never receipts at the gas pump you always have to go inside. The crushed ice option on the fountain machine hasn't worked since the third day. The vacuum and are on the outside hasn't worked yet. The bathrooms are filthy at blue rubber glove on the floor today when I went in. Rumor has it there's a QuikTrip going up down the street I'll be glad when they open. read more
