I have gone inside on Christmas Day, and the workers are still so enthusiastic that you wouldn't even think that they were at work. His attitude toward Black customers is consistently nasty and dismissive. Every time I've interacted with him, I've had to ask for a bag no matter how many items I'm buying. He acts irritated by basic requests like that. When I asked for a receipt, he rolled his eyes like it was too much to handle. But what really pushed this over the edge was when I noticed I was overcharged. Turns out, an item I bought was part of a promotion, and instead of giving me the deal or clarifying it, he charged me for a second item I didn't even receive. When I asked about it and requested a refund, he refused to give me his name and said and I quote "I'm not giving you sh!t back." That level of disrespect is disgusting. And as if stealing from a customer wasn't bad enough, he then ran to the back and said he was calling the police on me. Imagine that he overcharges me, refuses to correct it, then plays the victim.
