Nice little spot with some nice ambience inside with a few tables and nice home decor. It was our first time in and the service was good and friendly explaining what each pie was and the ingredients in them. We got the lemon berry blues, white chocolate euphoreo, strawberry cheesecake, and rosemary chocolate chip shortbread ice cream. They were all really delicious and look forward to trying more flavors. We will be back and highly recommend for the sweets lover!

Checked out this pie shop a while ago with my brother and we really enjoyed what we ordered for the most part. We got the Cinco De Pie-yo, Chocolate Cream, Lemon Berry Blues, and Chocolate Euphoreo. The pies were great! The chocolate cream was my absolute favorite - it was light and not too sweet. My brother enjoyed the chocolate euphoreo one the most but he's also a huge fan of cookies and cream, so no surprise there. If you enjoy a tart flavor, you'd definitely like the lemon berry blues pie. It was a bit strong for me, but not too bad. Their menu changes every day with the exception of a few items. Customer service was great and the pies were so yummy. Highly recommend checking them out!

Garland's Premier Pie Shop! In fact it could be for all of Dallas Ft Worth Remember your grandmother's homemade pies? Well here is a place that marries those cherished memories with today's reality. Recipes are authentic 1950's or earlier. The taste is out of this world delicious. Every pie is topped with a meringue or whipped cream ( stacked high). The fillings are perfection. I asked a gentleman dining in what his favorite was . He said " all of them ". He's a longtime customer. My take out order today was chocolate cream and coconut cream by the slice . They were neatly packed with a Nordic ice pack ! How thoughtful is that ? The dining area is welcoming and comfortable. Everything was clean and spotless. I peered into the kitchen and saw a stainless steel haven of baking equipment. The staff is interested in your eating experience. Hats off to Tracy " The Pie Lady" Dowd for creating a dessert destination unequaled quality. I haven't been to a pie shop this awesome since Hannah's Pies in RIchardson during the 1970's . You must drop by for an introductory slice . So mouthwatering you'll probably buy a whole pie . If you want a certain pie you must order it 48 hours in advance. I highly recommend this for any and all special occasions. See you there

Coconut cream pie, and a cup of coffee...best afternoon on the planet.

First off, the pies...you're never going to find better, rich, goodness anywhere else. Pie that will restore your soul. And the coffee...just as good, locally roasted, fresh coffee that backs up the pie and helps you remember how great life is. Everyone who works here seems to enjoy it, the proprietor really takes care of everybody. The shop is full of comfortable chairs set around tables with antique tools, photos, whatever the owner's dad picked up over the years.

This is our second time to visit this little place as a small group of 6. Both times service has been wonderfully attentive and kind, and the pies are so yummy. I simply enjoy trying as many different kinds as I can and look forward to continue doing just that. The slices are generous portions so you don't have to eat it all in one sitting; you can bring half home like we did and save it for a later time. This time around we tried the What's Up Buttercup and Blueberry Buttermilk. Give them a try and see what you may like!

Ham & Potato Quiche - just look at those juicy pieces of ham and hearty portions of veggies.

Don't question it. Just go. Piefalootin has whatever you need to make the day better. This is a the cutest little pie shop around. Its location is unique so if you are wondering if you're in the right place, you are. LOL If they have the potato ham quiche, it's a must try. This quiche is good for the soul. We love the brownie walnut pie and so many other slices I couldn't even tell you which one is our favorite. There are just so many and we've probably only tried half of their selection! Their staff is knowledgeable so don't be afraid to ask what's in the ... and the .... Oh and don't forget your cooler because you'll wanna take a slice or two home with you.

I didn't expect to pay $8.50 per slice, but eh I got to try it out. The cream on the pie didn't have any taste at all, it was just there. I did like the chocolate cream pie but there's better out there in my opinion. I did think the ambiance of the place overall was nice. But too many out there flavors and not anything basic like plan apple pie...which I had hoped for. I would come here again just to try out a simple flavor

Can I come in and purchase a slice of pie?

Absolutely I suggest you bypass breakfast lunch and dinner and come there hungry and try a slice of everything they got. They also have fantastic coffee to go with it. The place is literally pie heaven.🌈✊🙏🏼🫡

Since it was at a festival, the price was more expensive and it was $12 each. Both of the halo halo were refreshing and the ice cream were so good. My favorite topping was the flan, it was so creamy and paired so well with the shaved ice, but I wish they give you more flan though. Overall it was a good experience but I'd probably not going pay $12 for it again.

It was SO special. We haven't been back in many years and not only did that magical original location close, but what we found instead was this monstrosity of a location that felt hyper corporatized and commercial--in other words, soulless. Listen, we don't begrudge them their success. And we were so happy for them when we saw them being mentioned in the NYT a few years ago. But now Bigdash has gone full American--they've expanded to multiple locations, the quality has gone down, and that je-ne-sais-quoi magic is completely gone. We came here yesterday after a stellar meal at Khashoka, excited since it's been so long since our last visit. We walked in (it was freezing) and the whole place looked like a Disney-ified version of the original Big Dash. There was one woman working, and she was very friendly, but what a different experience than mingling with the original owners in the unpretentious cozy ambience. The worst part is that the ice cream is nowhere near as good! The original Arabic ice cream's level of rose water was off and the ice cream's stretchiness felt less organically created. The pistachio was OK. Our daughter got this crazy container of small individual frozen fruit shapes that were covered in chocolate. Those felt cute and special and we liked them all except for the grape. Again, we're happy for Bigdash's success. They deserve it. But we will not be back again because what we loved so much about this place is no longer. Tis the American way, alas! Three stars and sincere best wishes to them.
