I've been in 3rd world countries with better service. Never open in the morning and never any food.

Since my last experience with the unfilled coffee cup, I stopped in again a few days ago, convinced that I'd do whatever it takes to fill the cup. Somebody must have read my last review and fixed the coffee machine. This time, the cup filled to within 1/2" of the top, which is good for a to-go cup. Still, the manager that I spoke to the first time left me with a bad feeling toward the store. I guess as long as people keep coming through the door and don't complain too much, there's no need to get any better. PS, between the 100% Columbian and the Guatemalan, it's hard to decide which is better. read more

Well they installed new pumps and still no receipt at pump. I have spoke to the Shift Manager "Katie" three times about this and what an inconvenience it is to have to come in and get a receipt. She looked at me perplexed and had nothing to say. All the while a few employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and could be out refilling the paper in the pumps. QuikTrip is MUCH more customer focused and they will now always get my business even though RaceTrac is more conveniently located for me to stop by to get gas. On a recent stop at this gas station, we used not only the gas pumps, but also services inside and the air pump for our tires. Gas was very competitively priced, and at times there were lines for the pumps even with so many stations available! The air pump was great... it measured your tire pressure and notified you when you get to desired PSI, so no second guessing. And the deals inside were great... $1 for any size drink can't be beat! read more

It's a great gas station for gas there burgers suck. Staff is friendly. Patrons belong at Walmart

I loved how many things were available, like the group and whole pizza buffet, I've never seen one of those in a race track. The warmed sandwiches were great, I got a burger. The only thing was the cashier seemed to not fully understand how the payment touchscreen worked, but it didn't take long. read more

Only reason I go there is because of the GetUpside app. The cans near the pumps are always overflowing with trash and 5 trips to 5 different pumps I have NEVER gotten a receipt at the pump! The station is in dire need of an overhaul. read more

This is a busy location and lines are often backed up to the front doors. Cold beer, Hot coffee and cheap gas. The prepared food is a little weak but if you want a decent all beef hot dog this is a good place to fill up your stomach for cheap. Cool off with a slushy or drink from the fountain. read more

Although I spend $200 per month plus there I will never go back. Bought 3 packs of cigarettes there with other stuff got to work saw they gave me the wrong kind. Went back 4 hrs later and they refused to exchange. Said it was against State Law. Asked for refund and they refused. Not like the service I expert. Will go to QT from now on. read more

I have stopped at this racetrack many many times on my way to and from the mountains from Atlanta. It's my half way point, and I get gas and use the restroom and get a snack. This past Sunday, I filled up and two days later my 3 month old car (2500 miles) would not start. I had it towed to the dealer, and they told me I had bad gas. They said it was red like Kool-Aid, and it would not even catch on fire! They are cleaning out the whole system and replacing the fuel pump if necessary. I attempted to contact the racetrack complaint department via email to keep it in writing, and they only allow a 2 line complaint. They will supposedly contact me back, but 24 hours later, not a word from them. I will obviously not take my chances here again. There is a QT a couple miles further north I also use, and will ALWAYS use from now on, since Racetrac is not even replying. I can't be the only one with this issue. read more
