The store is always pretty clean and well maintained. Sometimes the restrooms could use a little more attention. The food always smells fresh, but I don't eat it so I can't vouch for taste. The team members always go out of their ways to be nice, inviting and courteous. The store manager Mo is awesome as well. If there is one thing they could improve on, it would be staffing, sometimes late night, they are closed due to no staffing available and other times during the morning rush the lines get long as they will have one person trying to run two and even three registers. Since I moved in this area this RaceTrac is fallen in customer service and common courtesy. I literally will leave and go to the Shell across the street if these 2 particular young ladies are there. Left about 10 minutes ago walked in to buy alcoholic drink was waiting in line while two Hispanic older men needed help translating there language. They had a 12 pack of Modelo beers. The older man did not have an ID me being 21 stepped in to buy the beer for him his age was around 60 the girl black curly hair about 30 working there had a really bad attitude with me and the guy about 60 black about 6 feet tall both gave me a really hard time buying alcoholic beverage's and the older guys alcoholic beverage that I was buying for.multiple times asking for my ID questioning me if it's real or not and when is my birthdate knowing that it is legit girl threatening that she does not have to sell me anything and that she has all rights to take away all the alcohol from me and not letting me have any with the real shitty attitude and rhetoric older guy working behind there agrees with her and he is giving me a very hard time as well. It says online and on their door that they are open 24 hours but they are literally always locking the doors at different times and just stare at you when you come to the door. They let "certain" people in, literally pick and choose who to unlock the door for. I love this store WHEN THEY don't have the doors locked. ive been there a gazillion times for anything and everything. As far as gas stations go, RT is in the top two for being a consistently solid place to stop.

It can be a pain to get our of, but it's always we'll lit and very clean. They have a variety of snacks and beverages.
