Normally come here everyday, staff member said the store doesn't open until 6 on Friday but maps says it's open 24 hours. Disgruntled staff run the store, not management or corporate. Go up an exit to the pilot and save your time exiting the highway. read more

We stopped by here to fill up on gas and grab some quick snacks. RaceTrac has a huge selection of drinks and snacks, just FYI. They also have a decent hot bar section and a good fountain drink section. RaceTrac stations, this one included, are almost always clean, which is greatly appreciated. The employees I've dealt were friendly. Gas is *usually* cheaper than other stations around. read more

This store is very convenient to hwy 20 and is located right next to Chick-fil-A. I love that the store is always clean and we'll stocked. I admit, I can't go to Race-Trac without grabbing their fountain soda which, unlike other stores, id always available in all flavors AND with their famously awesome crushed ice. They also have Krispy Kreme doughnuts (yum) which is great since there isnt a restaraunt around and their soft serve ice cream bar is too cool. I have found myself travelling just to get a cup and they have all the fixins..heath, mms, sprinkles, nuts, chocolate syrup, whipped creme and more. Now for the employees, super friendly and helpful. There are days that the ice creme bar closes early and I decide last minute that I need it in my life. If it isn't already down then a quick call and the young lady there holds on til I get there. Located right off of several highways and in between a doughnut chain and Supermarket. Several hotel/motels are in walking distance for hot/cold beverages, snacks and hot food, if you eat it. Then, there's the gas.... It must've come from Cali with the same additives cuz it costs more. Honestly, I was tryna to locate the cheap azz Texas gas version for my rental car. I need gas around $1.50 per gallon for my rental..ugh!!! read more

I received a RaceTrac Reward for my birthday of a free small yogurt. I stopped here the day after my birthday and fixed my yogurt, along with a 2nd one for my husband. There were no small cups so I had to ask for one - they should keep these stocked better especially in the summer. Anyway, after fixing my yogurt and one for my husband, I went to the register and showed them the email I'd printed-the reward was supposed to be loaded on my account. After attempting 7 times entering my phone number in, the ladies behind the counter kept saying they didn't know why it wouldn't come off then told me I probably needed to use the app on my phone to redeem the reward. I have so many apps on my phone I didn't keep Racetrac. By this time, the yogurt is melting all over the place!! I ended up paying for both yogurts - over $7 which is highway robbery. Don't tell me neither of these ladies know how to comp a yogurt or just let you have one free without ringing it up because last year on my birthday I was at a different Racetrac and they not only gave me my yogurt free for my birthday, but also told my husband he could have his free too!! Absolutely ridiculous-either they are not trained or don't have a lick of sense about customer service. It may seem petty but why give me something free then tell me I can't have it?? I will NOT be going to this Racetrac again! QT is right down the street!!! read more

I get off work late at 12am I go to the gas station for drinks and cigarettes after my shift the women that is on night. Tonight being one 2/1/22 the lady that is supposed to be working and your able to use the window hides in the bathroom or in the back sitting on the clock literally. I was just standing at the window for 20 mins at 50 degrees out side. I saw her walk from the bathroom to the back storage room where the cleaning supplies I saw her walk by she didn't even acknowledge I was standing there waiting on her. Then when she went to the back she made me wait another 10 mins on her to come back to the front. Gave me the wrong thing then what I asked for and I had to wait again on her to come back to give me what I had paid for. At that rate why are y'all even open at night she isn't doing her job so your paying her for nothing and it is pissing people off that are having to wait in the cold. I will not be shopping here anymore. And if I could give you zero stars but a one will have to do. read more
