They have been nothing but amazing to me but what inspired me to write this review was a specific employee there. His name is Chris and he was absolutely amazing, he even helped me take off the residue of a marking left by my car being towed a couple month ago. I had a membership with my old car and I really loved it at first. I was wanting to cancel my membership because I was going to sell my car and oh boy was it impossible. I was told that I had to come in when the GM was there which was during the week in the middle of the day when I had to work. After "missing" her three times, after I was giving her schedule, I was finally able to cancel my membership. I came back right before I sold the car and she was pushing for me to restart my membership and would did not want to take no for an answer. I stopped going for a year just because the experience I had was so bizarre. I came back because it is super close and let me just say they lost their touch. I used to love that they would scrape the bugs off because I had a white car, but they stopped doing that, and to top it off my mirror flew off. I will say the guy changing the trash was so helpful and went and got it for me. I have now taken this car to a competing car wash company and the mirror does just fine. It is really disappointing because this location is so close to me, but I unfortunately do not think I will return and I would not recommend a membership if you ever plan on canceling it read more

What a great place! Was visiting my daughter and of course her beast of a car was a hot mess. As car parents very unacceptable. The place was clean Danielle was very pleasant and helpful on how the car wash works. Love the vacuum area stocked full of clean towels to dry your car and windows. At the end of the car wash, my car usually backs up and I thought this was a part of the wash to get your car extra dry. Apparently it's not, and the car wash backed me up so much that my car collided with the car behind me! I was in neutral the whole time, following the instructions. I parked to see if the other driver was okay, which they drove away and there was no visible damage. However, when I walked over to the office to ask/complain, they said "Oh yeah that's been happening, we need to fix that or space cars out more. The air is blowing too strong. We have the footage but as long as there's no damage you should be good." UMMM cars are HITTING each other in your car wash and your response is just "oh yeah that happens"..!?! My husband and I got mu SUV washed I have VIP membership the week prior got my SUV washed paid for my matts to get cleaned he even put fiveatts but only did the four took it to get washed and asked the guy if he could clean it since it wasn't cleaned last time the guy said yes and the manager was rud and said detailing is over there a few times I them told the maneger if the customer is requesting it since I new they weren't clean last time he then and the other workers started laughing he came back to were I was and said leave your car is done when it wasn't they weren't even busy at the time he then left and came back and again said leave stal one get out they sure need to get rid of the short mexican manager completely rude and disrespectful will be canceling my membership. I've been going to Raceway for years & this is my favorite location! The location itself is small & odd but it's close to home for me. Unless you're going at peak time it's normally pretty quick. I went in for a free car wash with the coupon I had. I was so impressed with the customer service ! I woman helped me at the kiosk when I pulled up. Super friendly and shared great information without ever being pushy about signing up for a membership. Clean space ! So nice to see a spot whose vacuums all worked!!! I had an encounter with a rude employee while waiting in line behind a car that he was chatting up the driver(woman) trying to sign her up....I waited over 10 mins while 6 cars were waiting behind me, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that I could not go thru the car wash...turns out it was the district manager Estaban Ramierz then said he was canceling my membership.....I also put a claim in 3 weeks ago as my new car was being nicked from the car wash brushes....these people are horrible ...don't care about customer service and then act like jackasses when they are called out on their behavior. The Vacuums work very well. That's about it. After the $16 car wash my car was filthy. The red cloth and dash wipe were a nice and useful part of the $16 package, and the vacuum stations are big and awesome with a trash can on both sides. You can take your time making sure the inside of your car is really nice. I threw away the car scent thing; weird, unpleasant smell. BUT bottom line, it's a car wash! And that part was terrible so I probably won't be going back and definitely not buying a membership that the nice Santa Claus associate was telling me about. Bryan/brennan/brandon, I am so sorry I don't remember which one was your name but thank you, you are a lifesaver!!!!!! After we went through the wash (which left our car sparkling btw!), we accidentally vacuumed up our key and "Bryan" came to the rescue to help us retrieve it in their vacuum storage system. I wish I could say that was the last time we needed saving, but then our car battery died.... Us two girls were in a somewhat panic, BUT AGAIN "Bryan" came to the rescue. At first we were gonna wait for AAA, to which "Bryan" said we could wait in then office out of the heat (what a saint) but then he was able to jump start our car and finally send us on our way!!!!!!!!!!!! Incredible service and great value if you live nearby. I much prefer Raceway Express to Cobblestone because of the service!

UPDATE: As expected, filling out that incident report was a waste of time. I reached out to the owner when she commented on this review, but got no response. I will not be coming back to Raceway. Was going through the car wash and it ripped the housing off of my side mirror and snapped the rear wheel cradle of my bike rack in half. Wasn't warned about the bike rack beforehand, but the attendant told me afterward that "we usually ask customers to remove those before going through." Would have been helpful to know that a bit sooner!! They gave me an incident report to fill out, but made it very clear that the car wash takes "no responsibility for any damage." They did give me a damp rag to clean up the inside of my car, which was nice. Their free vacuums are also very helpful. As far as the wash goes, though, the car was still quite dirty in the rear and on the lower portions of both doors. Very disappointed by this. read more

was a Jackson's user for their automated service, the newest one on Thomas and raceway is far superior. First off Jackson's routinely had parts not working in Their car wash, and I always have the $30/month one so I'm paying for all of them. Here at raceway everything is going and i see an employee following a car to make sure everything is working. Their customer service is much better as well. I have a hard time seeing why people have given this place only one star on Yelp. The few times I've been it's been nothing less than 5-star service. Yes, they peddle you for the unlimited wash every time, but it's really not that annoying, that's part of any car wash business with unlimited options. $12.99 a month is a great deal, especially if you only use the $3 bare bones wash just a few times per month. I've been anticipating their opening since I moved to the area a few months before their opening and I frequent their neighbors, Kona 13 Coffee. For $3 you get a quick n easy wash + free vacuums. Cannot complain about that for as little as I get my car cleaned. Free vacuums are for any customer which is an added bonus to how cheap their basic wash is. I really don't mind them pushing the buttons on the screen and processing the transaction for me, it's again, part of their spiel. At my first visit I learned most of the employees live close by (waking/biking distance), one is actually my neighbor! So when you support this business, you truly are supporting the local cause. read more

I had previously received good service from this car wash, today however was another story. I did not recognize any of the employees from before, not a good sign. An employee kept me waiting in drive thru line for 10 -15 minutes whilst he "chit-chatted" with a customer who was in their vehicle, secondly when I FINALLY was about to go thru, the manual pre-wash brush scrub of windshield and hood I am accustomed to here did NOT happen. Next the Autowash itself was not functioning and yanked my vehicle up closely onto car in front in middle of wash almost ramming into them - while my car was in neutral. I had to use my breaks to stop it. They acted like no big deal. Next the Carwash was not working correctly failed to initiate jet sprays and soap, didnt even remove simple mud on my hood. When I turned around and asked for a refund the manager came out and said "Sorry - We DONT DO REFUNDS" Advised them I wont be coming back and that I will simply have the charge now reversed on my credit card. Just had an incident with an employee at this location that claimed to be the manager, named Danielle. She asked me why I did not have my member sticker on my windshield, I told her I did not like it there. At other locations I put sticker on my dashboard, it gets scanned, I go through, no problems.  She claimed it was company policy to have it either on windshield or on my door.  I told her that I have not encountered this issue at my local raceway and I would take my sticker back and just go there. She refused to give me my sticker back if I did not put it on my car either windshield or door.  She said if I did not choose to stick it, she would cancel my account.  I then demanded to speak to manager,  yes demand, she was being unprofessional dare I say a child acts better than this woman.  I settled for her sticking it to my windshield as I did not want my account canceled just to go through the hassle of reinstating it.  Danielle if you're reading this I hope YOU have a wonderful day. Came to this car wash on 1/18/2024 and I must say, the lady working there was the most kind person I've ever met. She looked really busy and a little stressed but when I arrived she made sure to greet me and tell me,"give me on second I'll be right with you. I'm just going to help this young man." Which I said was totally fine. I didn't get her name but she had blonde hair lol if she isn't a manager, she should be one! Give her a raise. Just sayin. Really appreciate people like her!! read more
