I had just the best experience at Rachel Ann Bridal. I went to a different bridal boutique before checking out this dress store. I throughly enjoyed being able to look through the dress selection myself and was able to pick a few I wanted to try on. The other bridal store I went to didn't allow that (which is a shame). The sales associate also helped pick out a few based on what I was looking for. She was so incredibly sweet (I think her name was Alison. I'm so sorry for forgetting). My dress was ordered and delivered extremely quick. I think it was about 3-4 weeks. No complaints at all. I said YES to my wedding dress at Rachel Ann Bridal yesterday! I had only shopped at one other salon a few weeks before visiting Rachel Ann's. It was just my mom and myself at the appointment and we had the entire salon to ourselves! On a Saturday afternoon, too. We were greeted by Ali, our consultant, who explained the store layout and then let us choose the gowns. Shopping the collection ourselves was a really pleasant surprise! Honestly being able to hold / touch the gowns made all the difference in deciding which to try on. The 90 minute appointment time really helped, too! We tried on 6 very different styles, narrowed it down to the top 2 favorites, and eventually found THE dress! Ali kindly helped strap me into each dress, even encouraging me to try the favorite gown 3 times. Ali knew exactly which questions to ask to help guide me towards making this huge decision. Absolutely loved the extra special touches at Rachel Ann too-- ringing the bell when finding the dress, toasting with sparkling grape juice, tailor recommendation, and a goodie bag on the way out! This is the absolute BEST bridal shop to go to! It's a small storefront with the best help any woman would be happy to have while looking for that perfect dress! I am not a 'dress wearing' girl. All Tom-boy / boy-mom! Rachel Ann helped me pick an absolute gorgeous mermaid dress! Definitely one that I would've never even considered! Walked in to Ali and Rachel greeting us by name, the one on one attention was amazing. Had the entire shop to ourselves and all the attention was on us! Our experience for a bridal gown was subpar. While this should be an exciting time, our consultant was non-existent. The bride should never have to ask for help. The consultant should be attentive throughout the entire appointment and we did not get that. This bridal shop was too small to not have full attention on the bride. I went for our Nana to pick out her wedding dress and thank goodness I was there to help give her direction because the consultant was too involved with stepping in the back. A consultant should be picking out dresses to make the bride feel comfortable and help pick out a dress that would look amazing even if she didn't know it. If you are a bride and need direction, I recommend going to a bridal shop with consultants that are excited for your big day! read more

Went with my best friend to support her during her dress search. They were highly attentive & picked out the perfect dress!

Me and my six-year-old daughter decided to stop in and look at the dresses. After being there for a few minutes the employee said to someone on the phone this is just retarded at that point I decided to leave and told her that people that special needs family members would find her comment offensive. I later called hoping that this wasn't the owner but was an employee and that the owner should know an employee spoke like that. She informed me that she was the owner and that I shouldn't be offended because she said that to someone else and not to me and that she used the word correctly. I find that word and others even when used correctly offensive and I will find my dresses else where from now on! read more
