Friday August 27, 2021 I went to pick up my 2019 Indian Roadmaster from service as I have done many times before and also as many times before was talked to rudely by the folks at the service counter. I advised the person at the desk that I was there to pick up my bike and presented my premium pre paid maintenance card. Once I did this I was told quite rudely that I should have presented it when I drooped the bike off originally as not to cause them a headache with the invoice. I responded in kind stating I did present it at the time of drop off and that it was in the computer as such. This has not been my first dealing with rudeness from the Service desk personal. My last two or three times I have had my bike in for service I have got it back very dirty multiple times, got it back with a bolt missing that secures the back seat, and last time had a access cover to the side lights not placed back but found in one of the glove compartments. I have had to stay about an hour for them to clean the bike that last three times for pick up with the last two times refusing to take the bike until it was cleaned. I have spent a lot of money on my bike and like to take care of it as it is a big investment. I spoke with the General Manager, Rick McVey about this who stated all I do when I come in there is complain. This is not so. Rick was extremely rude as well. There used to be great people there that took care of the costumer, such as Ray Barnett and Mike Pacella. Unfortunately, Ray passed in February and is no longer the General Manager. Rick McVey does not hold a candle to Ray and I must say that the place has gone down hill since Ray is no longer General Manager. Another great asset they lost after Ray was no longer there was Mike Pacella who was the Service Department Manager. Mike was always awesome and took care of the costumer. When he was there the Service Desk was not rude to the costumers. I would not have to complain if the jobs were done correctly. I have tried to push through with these inconveniences until today due to how close Hole Shot Power Sports is to my residence and the convenience. I can no longer in good faith give my business to a place that has this attitude towards someone who used to refer people there. This I also will no longer do. The only good people left seem to be Nick Jewel, Robert Ochoa, and Big Dave. Nick also has always done the best he could do and has taken great care of me. Robert is one of if not the best Indian tech in the country other than Loyds or Charlotte. I am surprised he is still there. I am giving only one star because the sales experience was a good one with Big Dave helping me through the process at the time. Big Dave is the reason why Hole Shot has most of the 5 Star Ratings it does. He is great. Moral of the story here is if you are possibly looking to buy a new Indian Bike, Hole Shot Power Sports may not be too bad. The sales experience is good. After the sale and service department treatment of customers, not so much. There are other negative reviews on here to back that up. Again they would not have so many 5 star reviews if not for Big Dave, who again is a great person and great to deal with. In closing I will no longer give them the servicing of my bike business any longer. I will ride south to Daytona Indian and give them a try. I want to thank Ray Barnett, Mike Pacella, Robert Ochoa, Nick Jewel, and Big Dave who all strive to take care of the costumers and provide exceptional service. You all have been the positive for Hole Shot Power Sports. The problem lies with the General Management, who again does not hold a candle to Ray Barnett, and the other rude employees who currently work there. read more

Came by to look at the Indian Scout bobber. They had every bike Indian made in the line and even a very very nice pre-owned with super low miles. Das the salesman was a consummate professional and rattled off facts, history and specs of the Indian bikes with impressive confidence. Sandy the sales floor associate was courteous and professional as well. They set me up with a test drive of (2) Indian bikes, one pre-owned and one new. They gave me a more than generous chance to ride the Scout bobber around town with a loaner helmet. They have an impressive show room and a huge selection of Polaris off-road vehicles. Spent 18k for machines for me and my kids. They supposedly gave me two youth helmets for my business in appreciation . Tried to exchange helmets for large instead of medium so my kids can wear them properly. Now they tell me they can't do anything about that and Polaris was the one giving out helmets and only in medium. So the salesman basically lied to me about them giving the helmets for my business. So now I'm supposed to buy 200$ more worth for helmets for my kids safety. So they don't care about you or your kids safety rather the almighty dollar is all they care about !!!! Found better deals after I bought from them as well! Unless you just have more money than you know don't buy from them they don't care about service or safety!!! I bought a 2017 polaris today. Yesterday I received buyers orders to get a bank loan, I decided to get financed at the dealership, when I got to the dealership the price was 500$ over what the buyers orders were, keep in mind buyers orders have the price of the complete purchase, when I asked for the price to be reduced by the 500$ the sales manager Rick Mcbay was absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! He went as far to SNATCH paperwork out of my hand. When I asked if this is how he treats every customer the responded with the most sour tone "I'm doing what you want". I'm a pretty calm person however the disrespect this man showed me had my blood boiling and it took ever bit of strength I had no to jump across his desk. Had I not already had big plans to give my kids a new quad today I would have walked out forever. With that being said both my salesman Brandon and the finance manager Patrick were great and and I feel bad that their sales manager is running customers such as myself away. read more
