The management has tried to iron out these issues, but have only made it worse, and find that I am cheated out of the classes that I want to take. There are classes that fill within minutes of becoming available, and if it fills, you're out of luck. I'm not usually a complainer, but when I addressed this by phone, I left a message, and didn't even get the common decency of a return call. So in short, my membership dollars are paying for nothing, and I'm being cheated out of exercising the way that I want because my finger isn't quick enough on the button.

They are constantly integrating the ideas given by me, her school, and her doctors in giving her the best sessions possible. They are positive with all of their students! It is wonderful to go and hear staff and students alike laughing and learning a subject so many struggle in!
