Importantly for the neighborhood, Bad Wife also sell live plants and flowers at very reasonable prices. In the spring and summer, they'll often have flowering plants available. Mrs. Lee refused to accept the return. She referred to a sign that read, plants are not returnable. That particular sign was displayed at at the back of the plant section, on a high shelf. Interestingly enough, at the cash register, there is a sign that states, "Refund policy provided within 2 days receipt." It is mandatory for stores to visibly display their return policy at the cash register. 'The Bad Wife' failed to do so. Mrs. Lee's attitude was rude and dismissive despite being told return policies must be clearly visible by the cash register.

Whether I have questions or need help someone is always available. I have also gotten delivery from them. And their website is super user friendly and easy to use. When I got delivery from them several times it went really well and very smoothly. I am really impressed by the professionalism of this business and the way that they treat their customers. I really appreciate that they are always available if you have a question about a product when you have a delivery order or are in the store. And they try their best to meet your needs.
