Juice bar is a solid 5 stars. I'm not completely sold on the cleanliness, but the juice they make is on point! I really had no idea what I was doing, but I walked up to the counter, gave them a few fruits and vegetables I wanted in my drink, and walked away with a huge glass of green juice! It was sooooooo good. You wouldn't even know that half of it was kale and celery. The lady making my juice was also super nice! She made a bit too much juice and had me stand at the counter and drink all the extra before I left.

Located at a very busy intersection, Mr. Kiwi's has some of the freshest, cheapest produce I've ever seen.. ever. The main reason I come here is because I can't resist their $4 smoothies. I customize my smoothie with any amount of fruits and veggies with no extra charge. Mr. Kiwi's is open 24/7!

I was recommended to this place by a friend. She said they make the best health drinks around. I was putting that to the test finally, when again I was in the area. It's a corner store and as soon as you see it they have fresh fruits and vegetables outside on display. When you go in the store it's a bit cluttered but organized. It old and the floor are in need of repair, but it has everything. The aisles are tight, but that's Brooklyn for you. They have two counters. One to pay and the other to order a drink. Both were maned by two people. They all were friendly and very helpful. I asked what the girl making my drink recommend I get and she put a beautiful concoction together for me. She put all the fruit into a machine that removed the pulp and poured the juice into a cup. She told me the price would be four dollars. I felt the price was fare, also there was extra in the machine she used so she told me to drink some in the cup so I could get the rest. That's great I'm my eyes. The lady at the pay counter was friendly and recommend I try ginger next visit. Trust me there will be more visits. I was pleased with the service as well as the drink. Enough to where I will make this my goto for health drinks.

I love this store except for the fact that when i bought the puffin cereal and it said that I could adopt a puffin for one year but I want to adopt one forever wtf right? Also I want to add that when Yelp said that my review was shorter than most it was offensive so I just wanted to say that. Also the pickles were less crunchy than I hoped but still pretty good. The Phillips baby bellas were so good so no problems there. Also it sucks that I had to confirm my email to post this.

What a welcome addition to the fledging mid-gentrification neighborhood of Bushwick. Mr. Kiwi's is bright, clean and the produce is fresh and varied. This place is also very cheap, and the owner is friendly and always helpful. Better yet, they frequently will mark down produce that is on the outs, which make for some great deals for soup and such. Plus, the store carries the basic convenience store items.

I have never experienced a store I like more. High quality with super legit prices. Mr Kiwi's is doing a service for the neighborhood.

There's tons and tons of park space of all sorts in the immediate vicinity (outdoor BBQ, dog runs, track and field, or just plain grass lawns with plenty of trees and open), which makes this a fun experience for an hour or two rather than just quickly buying and leaving. You can easily buy some supplies at the market and have a snack or picnic steps away. This place is around all year I believe but we really enjoy coming in the Fall, as there's great options here for hot cider and donuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious cheese and milk (some of the best Eggnog I've had is sold each year at this market), and lots of other stuff to peruse from while on a leisurely weekend stroll. We live over in Queens, and there's some half-decent similar markets around in that part of town, but it's just nicer to bike or commute over to Greenpoint and enjoy this Farmers Market on a Saturday. If you're in the area on a Saturday morning, treat yourself and stop by.
